Catalina helped my son & I open a account her customer service was absolutely great I highly recommend her. It's better with a appointment but well worth it.... But the security gaurd shouldn't be on his phone so much outside due to alot of homeless in close area. ?

I have mixed feelings with this BOA! Daniel B. was a great and professional banker. He helped open our account and was amazing. Then went bank a week later and the teller named Desirea was horrible. She has horrible customer skills and when interacting with another customer who was not English speaking she was worse. Yelling at her and made faces of annoyance. Such an unbalanced place.

Worst customer service EVER! The ladies that are supposed to be friendly and welcome”new” accounts have a SERIOUS ATTITUDE!!! All of the women including the manager whatever her name is are EXTREMELY RUDE. Wish there was another bank here in town so we wouldn’t have to deal with this bank at ALL! THEY NEED TO HAVE A SERIOUS TALK TO BY THE MAIN MANAGEMENT! I have 5 accounts at this bank and was trying to open another account for my daughter. Waited 20 minutes after set appointment and they wouldn’t open her account without her social security card unless she had another bank card or credit card because they wouldn’t take her university ID. I told them I will go and grab it and be back in 10 minutes and they refused to wait for us, however we waited 20 minutes for them!!! All around service here with the “new accounts” reps is HORRIBLE! I may just transfer my long standing accounts to another bank after this!

Updated : this Bank of America doesn’t care.3 months later and there has no been no changes, no hiring someone new.Only one teller for a line of 15-20 people.———————————I really dislike this bank. You close early. No business line, never enough tellers, long long lines. And Now your not open on Saturdays!!! Why? Can you please explain why?Why don’t you hire more people???If you can avoid banking at this bank, avoid at all cost!!! it’s only gotten worse over the years.One star only because the tellers most of them are nice, you can tell there stress because they have no help.

Atm's are always down. Lines out the door. The management needs to do better upkeep on the Atms and staff accordingly.

Opened an online account was sent through review and they opened the account I initiated a money transfer and 3 days later my online access was terminated without cause. THEY NEVER RETURNED THE FUNDS THAT WERE DEPOSITED IN TO THE ACCOUNT

The drive through was disappointing and unorganized, the security guard that was directing the cars had motioned for my car to move into the lane to my right because it was open but then last minute made me stop and almost resulted in my car getting hit by a car to my right. If a security guard is going to be directing traffic pls train them better. I wish I could 0 stars.
