I love BVR. We have been renting from them for 3-4 years. The office staff is super friendly. If I ever need help or a repair they get it taken care of quickly or as quickly as possible.

We rented for ~1.5 years with BVR and they were wonderful. They responded quickly to emails and calls, and fixes to the rental were done quickly and with little disturbance to us! They even helped us sell our refrigerator when we moved out of the state!
