Fair pricing, quality service, able to get you in on a quick timeline. I’ve appreciated more than once their ability to catch potential problems before they become a bigger issue - as well as the photos and in depth inspection they do. I am confident that their thoroughness has kept my car from breaking down more than once.

I heard about this place, because I search it up online and read outstanding reviews. I showed up to the place, and there were no cars, it was not busy. The gentleman in the front was nice and welcoming. I went due to the sensors for my tire pressure alert kept turning on, so I figured that the tire might need more air, so why not go quickly get it inspected, before I head off to work. I pull up around 8:40am, and was talking to another customer informing me that it can take them up to 4 hours to do an oil change, that prompted me to go ask ETA on my car, by then it was 8:53am, the gentleman in the front informed me that will be about 20-30 minutes, I informed him that if it’s going to take long then I need to go, he informs me that he will communicate with the technician and get the car going. I waited for another long period of time, around 9:10am, they finally came told me what was wrong with the tire it had a nail, and I informed them to change it, so I waited again, and they were done by 9:45am, I was baffled to believe that it can take an hour to check/change a tire! If I would have known, I would have not gone there and risk driving the car to another shop. Would I come back no, would I recommend this place; only if you are not in a hurry and have time to spare.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. They completed the job in the time frame that they gave me. They also checked to make sure that the bolts were tight on my starter per my request.

I give Bruce's Tire 5 stars. I bought my first set of tires here this year and am very satisfied. I received a fair deal, polite service from Jose and great tires. Although, they could work on how long their servicing takes. I have had my door fixed and I am seeking other services through them in the future. I appreciate good honest service. I feel safer with this tire shop than my past maintenance shop.

We were in the middle of a 500 mile trip when we felt a problem with a tire. We pulled off in the town of Los Banos and saw the tire center looked better than other similar businesses.
Spoke to Jacob. Outstanding customer service. He found the problem tire in less than a minute. Quickly found a replacement. Price was affordable as I expected more from a small town.
Jacob had the car in for repair in minutes. While waiting for the vehicle, Jacob was speaking to us about our trip and the town. Great person to speak to. Excellent communication and a very nice person. Very genuine.
Back on the road in 40 minutes time. Such a relief. Hope never to half to stop for an emergency again but would definitely recommend this place and Jacob to anyone that needs good service.

Got a new set of tires for my 2014 GMC. Tires came in very quickly and they were able to get them mounted the same day. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The e-mail with the review of my service is top notch. Such great information shared to help me know what the status is for many things on my truck. I recommend.
