Great experience from beginning to end thanks to Jose, had a service engine light come on as I was heading to Los Angeles. He was able to fit me in and I was on my way in under 3hrs.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed with a tire rotation. The tire rotation was not done! Eventhough I did request it, in the past it was always included with an oil change.

Today I went today at Bruce's tires and auto service. My truck every time I stepped on the accelerator it sound like air was coming out so I took it over there and they said let's take a look at it so they put in the garage. It took about an hour. They fixed the problem at no cost. I say thank you to you guys. You guys did a great job. I gave it tip of some money to the mechanic who fix my truck. Again, thank you all for the good work you guys do serving the Los Banos community.

Came in for a flat tire (i was concerned about having to wait a long time) guy in the shop asked me what tire was the one with the flat directed me to the fron counter, the guy there toke basic info. I was out in 10 min. INCREDIBLE FAST SEVICE!! IM VERY PLEASED AND GRATEFUL.

Made an appointment at 8:00 my vehicle did not go in until 8:41. I left the shop just before 10:00. My appointment was for an oil change. :-/ I’ve been here a few times to get work done on both of my vehicles. Each time they treat me like I’m new. That’s fine. I return because they do good work and they guarantee their work. It’s just, if your wanting something quick they’re not it. Go down the street. Maybe if you’re a guy, and talk “shop talk” with them they’ll be a bit quicker? I don’t know, sometimes that’s how it feels or seems.When I checked out, I had forgotten to pull up the coupon for the oil change. I said something and he was able to cancel before it was too late but you would think good customer service would be to offer the discount to me for waiting again, (as they made me wait almost a whole day once before for another service). Plus, I gave them kudos to another customer in regards to what they offer there. I did warn her that the wait was their M.O. at least for me it is.

Was traveling from Sacramento to Los Angeles and our Q5 got a flat tire/sidewall tear. We went to a few different spots to get a tire replacement but most places didn't carry the one we needed and the chain tire spot in town refused to change or sell just the one tire (told us we had to buy/replace the full set, but they also didn't carry the brand I prefer and I did not want to commit to a full set of something else). Jose at Bruce's was super helpful and gave us helpful recommendations and information and let us decide. We were in and out and less than an hour! Now we're wrapping up our trip with the replacement tire and will be able to get home and get a new set .

Please beware when bringing your car to Bruce's Tire. They are dishonest and take advantage of old men and young, naive people. For example, rotating your new tires with less than 1,000 miles driven and changing oil that was just changed weeks prior, under 1,000 miles. It's not okay to take advantage of helpless people.

Jacob and the entire team and Bruce’s Tire shop are wonderful. They helped us out of a bind while traveling on a recent road trip. They diagnosed and addressed our issue quickly with professional, friendly service. We are happily back on the road thanks to Bruce’s!

Customer service was nice. After I declined services recommended, which was very pricey $$$$$ The same nice guy didn't even say hope you come back, or let's do some work now and rest later. Nope. Got 4 tires. First time going because someone recommended. My truck needs work but not going in for $$$ and coming out wilth $$$$$$$$$$ debt. Asked for itemized bill to see charges parts n labor. No only declined items no prices. They don't need new clients.

Need oil changed and tires rotated, give Bruce’s tire a try. Honest and prompt workers. They do so much more and will provide a quick inspection to keep your vehicle safe and provide maintenance at reasonable price. Be Blessed
