Called numerous times back to back calls I wasn't able to get through to talk to the person that handles my IRA to get information.all I was looking for was to get redirected to his schedule or his line but wasn't able to...looks like they don't like picking up the phone at the last 10min of day seems there to busy packing to leave...just can't believe everyone at the bank is busy on the phones and the times I've gone in person there chatting with each other.

I love the people working there they're always so friendly and helpful, I have never had an issue inside. But the outside ATMs are terrible. Constantly broken or not accepting deposits cause so much hassle for the customers and I'm sure the employees too. Chase bank needs to service their machines. I want to reiterate though, the employees are amazing and helpful, I wish the machines were at the same standard of care.

Worths service ever The lady who open account for business is racist She didn't want to open my account because im latina She didn't have any empathy with the people How she works there ? The only bank in los banos so they need to have good service like people feel good to be there No importantando que nacionalidad eres Es una persona despota y grocera antipatica con los clientes la verdad no recomiendo este lugar Prefiero manejar asta gilroy porque la verdad chase es un buen banco y ellos no lo estan representando bien O por cierto el manager deja mucho que decear no desempeña su trabajo como manager

What's the point of having a drive thru if it's always broken? Everytime I come after hours I have to stand behind 5 plus people. Why don't you make the inside of your branch accessible like other branches. You have two atms in there that people can use!

Horrible customer service here ! They put a hold on a transfer from my Wells Fargo account for no reason Was told on the phone to come in the bank and they could release the hold They were no help at all! Lady was rude and said nothing she could do She didnt even try to help

Worst experience ever with a bank! The entire staff is very rude.Made an appointment and was told the lady wouldn't be back for 30 minutes.After leaving she called and said she would wait 10 minutes for me to come back Are you kidding I waited over 30 for her.Staff has been rude on every occasion. I closed my account and went elsewhere

If you are dealing with a large amount of cash, dont trust their money counters. After counting my funds from an auto sale twice, and then took to the bank to pay off my other car loan seems like I was shorted about 1200.00 cash. I had divided everything in 5000.00 increments, but counter did not come back with the same number. Came home and counted my remaining funds confirmed I was shorted.

More cashier was so helpful. And when I couldn't do a particular transaction, she explained to me that I could do it on my app and how to do it!! Which was incredibly awesome and easy.

Understaffed, unfriendly. Won't be banking here anymore. Also they have hidden fees that come out of nowhere.
