Maria Ortiz Hernandez over charged me compared to the customers before me. Her excuse was that I filed 2 states but so did the couple before me and I was charged $50 more. My w2s were probably the easiest return she'd ever done. She kept adding fee after fee. My appointment was for 630, she kept me waiting till 7. NEVER will go back to hr block especially with her. I know times are tough and desperate right now but swindling people shouldn't be an option or taking advantage. $315 for the easiest return shes done $240 for the complicated couple before me.

The person who checked me in has a good attitude. My waiting time was acceptable. My tax preparer was helpful, kind, and he cared about his client. My tax professional clearly described the H&R Block service process. My tax professional asked the right questions to understand me and my tax situation. H&R Block made it easy for me to get my taxes done. I am confident my tax professional found every tax deduction and credit that I deserve. I have fully trust that H&R is a great option to file your tax return. I most likely to go back to my tax preparer next year and the year to come. Taxpayers who want to start preparing for tax season 2020 and making the organization process easier for next year can start using an H&R Block. Customers satisfaction made easy if you choose to file your income tax 2020 at H&R. I know the fee is expensive but there is a guarantee satisfaction result. My tax for 2020 is kind of a little complicated but my tax preparer was really helpful to solve my problem.
