Never answer their phone. Or let it go to voicemail either.

Terrible service - went to put our dog down and had a 2:30 appointment but walked out at 4:45 still waiting. No one told us it would be a long wait and when we finally asked how much longer it would be, they didn't know and said it could be another hour - no apologies or any compassion. We had an appointment but was told they are trying to "work us in". We had to ask for water for out poor dog. Absolutely terrible service!!! Will never go there again, and will let everyone we know how bad it was!!!

Tried to get a prescription filled on Monday, was put on hold for over 20 minutes, then told to try back later. Called back the same day, was put on hold again only to be told someone would call me back by the end of the day. No one called back. I called again two days later and nothing had progressed. It was like I never called on Monday. They told me it was taking so long because there is only one doctor. That sounds like a pretty solvable problem. First, I don't see how one doctor prevents the rest of the staff from calling me back. Second, having one doctor shouldn't be an excuse for delaying care as simple as filling a prescription; especially not at a VCA. If not enough doctors is the problem, hire more doctors so that you can run your business more efficiently. Like professionals should. For context, my pet has thyroid issues and is very dependent on his medication. I wish I could give zero stars.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was on a call inquiring whether they could certify that my dog had been neutered in a foreign country when they said that they could not do that and hung up in my face. Never bring your animal here. If they cannot treat humans with respect then how do you think they will treat your pets?

-10 if it let me. We took our pet to see the Vet. They charged us arm and leg for xrays. Even after 7 days, no report. Apparently the the Vet is so busy to take a look at the radiology report. They are pet killers. If you have options to take them somewhere else, please do. this hospital cares for the money only and NOT your pets.

I called for appointment for a rabies shot for my pup. They said I had to have dog exam, price $76, He had been in recently for exam. This price DID NOT include vaccination. This is unacceptable and way to high for someone on SS. Got a next day appointment with Petco vet. No large fees. This is the second time they pulled this on me at VCA. I was already there and had to pay almost $200 for a rabies shot for my other pup. All the vet did was fell her tummy, take her temp, and say her teeth may need cleaning soon. About 5 minutes with the doc. These prices are way to high for the care they give.

This is the worse Veterinary clinic I have every been to. If we brought her in early and the told us sorry one Dr on call and to come back later. So I called and told them what was going on and they said Dr went to lunch and will be back at two and we could come in then. So I take her in iam the first person there she wanted the owner to sigh so I called her she came over sign the paperwork. So the lady with the big ugly fake eye lashes behind the count says your third in line and it will take one to three hours. When I was the first one there. So she put me third instead of first. I am telling her that she going to die if we wait any longer. She then tells us we can take her to another vet. I told them if she dies it's their fault. Then we where leaving I said your supposed to save animals not send you to another vet.All of a sudden they said someone cancelled and they would take her in they do test they say she septic give her antibiotics sent her home and she passed. Shame on these people for not helping her and sending her home. I will never take my pets here oh hell know.

I cannot say enough kind things about the front desk, techs and doctors at this location. We were enroute to Palm Desert from Seattle when our dog's anal gland burst in the car.We frantically called multiple vet hospitals near our location on I-5. When I called VCA-they we're lovely, helpful and willing to see us. They got us right in and were so sweet to our pup. Thank you!!

They gave us our baby back! Our little boy, Sugarpie (male cat, long-haired), was super sick. He wouldn't eat anything, was losing weight, just basically dying slowly in front of us. We knew we couldn't afford a vet bill, but hated seeing him suffer. So, I brought him to the VCA. The staff was excellent, everyone was nice. The doctor wanted to do blood work and x-rays test.. Sugarpie had bronchitis or pneumonia and was put on an IV for a week. He pulled through and is back to normal! We thank Dr. Mason so much, we know without her care, Sugarpie wouldn't be here right now.

I had a freak accident with my dog in the car today and he had a D-clip on his arm. We tryed to get it off but he was in so much pain. As soon as we walked in they assured us they will help him and carried him away he is a big boy but knew he needed their help. 20 mins later he walked out to us and I was so amazed. They helped my Sterling today and me and my husband.

This place is awful! I took my dog in a week and a half ago to find out he has an enlarged heart and needs heart medication. VCA prescribed a heart pill and I paid for a 30 day supply. when u got to the front desk, they charged me in full but only handed me 7 pills saying they were out (then why did you charge me in full?) and they would get the rest in in a day or two. I waited a week, when my dog was already out of his meds and then called then and they said they were having a hard time ordering his medication. They advised me they could use an online pharmacy and the meds would arrive in two days. his meds were supposed to ship out on 2/1 and today is 2/6 and my dog is still with out his lifesaving heart medication, the clinic is closed for the weekend and i have no ability to get my dogs meds anywhere else since nobody is in the office to send his prescription off anywhere else to get it filled sooner. Totally irresponsible, they should have given me a written prescription and allowed me to source my medication somewhere else more reliable since they did not ensure their patient would get their medication in time. Complete mismanagement. Will never return here, they don't care about your animal.

Excellent staff and doctor. Gentle with the animals you bring in and they listen to you. Been to every vet in town and had the best experiences here by far.
