On DoorDash order in Los Banos, CA, Habit won’t take special details not on the app. The app says to contact directly. When I contacted them, the person I spoke to was rude. Said nothing they could do. They couldn’t access the order, I was out of luck.I will never recommend The Habit. I will discourage any and all from going there. Their food isn’t that good.

Very clean location and staff was very helpful. I ordered the combo mealCheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake. Hit the spot. Would definitely recommend stopping here.

I checked my bank account today and came across a $15.63 charge for this place 1335 W. Pacheco Rd. Los Banos,Ca. A charge that I NEVER made! Yet I still have my card on me. I have in the past been here and have only ordered through the drive-thru window. An employee of theirs is probably stealing Credit Card info please be advised, i'm sure i'm not the last or the first person they've done this to. The website has you go through a few hoops and cant seem to get a hold of anyone to speak with directly. It's not much but stealing is stealing.

I dislike doing bad reviews but this is the last time I'll be eating out anywhere . I ordered the chicken salad and it's always delicious but this time around it was not I found a fly in it and the way it was handled was not ok. I went through the drive thru so I didn't have to go inside since they have a lot of customers in there and I didn't want them to look bad. I showed the lady my salad and told her that there was a fly she got a manager and he asked if I wanted another salad of course i said no ( i almost threw up after finding the fly) and he said ok sorry about that have a good day. I stopped him before he closed the window on me and I asked for a refund he then went to get a different manager . She asked for my recipt and she said in a couple of days i should get my money back and sorry it happened and have a good day and i then asked for my receipt back they were not going to give it back to me loll this was 7 days ago I have not received my refund at all im not mad about that part but just the way it was handled and how shady it was i get it they can get in trouble for doing refunds but still I didn't pay for a fly in my salad . Good thing i took pictures just in case

Went thru a rare Habit drive-thru, and they clearly don't have their process down, as the after-order wait was excruciatingly long... And, they got the order wrong too.The bright side is (and the only reason they got 3 instead of 2 stars), they make tasty fresh burgers and salads.Update: The Habit reached out to us to understand more details, and also provided us with some coupons (Chartickets) for future visit/s.

The manager is rude and gets angry when u ask for stuff or when they're busy she gets attitude with u because she cant keep up with her orders!!! She should choose another occupation if this one is too much for her
