Love this Salon! Teraya aka Tae took my super damaged hair to super silky soft and healthy looking again. She also did some extensions on me and o get so many compliments on them all the time! I knew that Sherry did a great job on my wife's hair and I thought I'd give her a try. She really excels at doing men's haircuts too. It was a great experience because my wife and I went in together and she cut my hair while my wife's color processed. It was an efficient use of time and we had a lot of fun sipping champagne and snacks Sherry gave us. Sherry does a great job at making you feel pampered during your visit.. Give a couple salon visit a try and you will be very happy you went to Sherry.

I have been going to Spa for years, however recently I went to the Salon (Aqua) and met the stylist Sherry. I got a haircut, color and highlights and I LOVE it! Highly recommend her. she is amazing. you will be hooked :)

Sherry has been my hair stylist for over eleven years. Sherry is simply terrific with the hit cut and hair coloring. A true professional. She knows her art well, uses the best natural hair products, and rejuvenates your look with her styling. And I always walk out looking natural after the appointment. All these years, and even to this day, I have regularly received compliments for my professional well-styled hair. I know that I can always count on Sherry to ensure I'll be looking just right before big business presentations, family events, and special occasions. I am now enjoying coming to her new location at #AquaSalon in Los Gatos as it is friendly, chic and impeccable. Friendly staff. Tea, coffee and wine are all complimentary.

Monica is incredible! I just went to an event and got sooooo many compliments on my hair because of her. I love the color, and the cut. How she cut it makes ieasy for people like me who can't style hair Monica is super sweet, professional, and makes the time in the chair utterly enjoyable. I’ve been seeing Monica Ebrahimi for almost 5 years and I don’t let anyone else touch my hair. Easy to schedule with and listens to wants/needs. She took me blond without ruining the health of my hair. Does great balayage and highlights and never trims more than you ask her to.

Beautiful salon and spa. I se Diane there for my haircuts and I LOVE her! I also recently had a facial on the spa side, and it was lovely. Very relaxing white robes and the works. Very nice facility and a variety of high quality products. Looking forward to my next one!!!

A very unfortunate situation that my hairstylist Francisco just made worse. We had being getting our hair done with him for about 8 months with no problems. Then, I had a problem. My cars transmission needed replacing so I had to rechedule. I have epilepsy so extra stress causes extra seizures. Planning our wedding didn't help either. For my next appointment, I had a s ineizure and needed to reschedule again. Understanding that this is bad for stylists because they lose money with cancellations, I offered to pay for both missed visits. The staff was very nice and accommodating and said it was fine, that I wouldn't have to pay. Third try, another seizure. My partner called and was told that because of the frequent cancellations that he didn't want us for clients anymore. I called him 2 days later and explained that my seizures are unpredictable and how sorry I was. I offered again to pay him and pleaded with him not to fire me because my wedding is in 2 weeks. He barely let me speak and kept repeating"I don't work like that." What an ugly lack of compassion. I guess Francisco or Aqua Salon don't work with people with disabilities. That's discrimination and horrible customer service!!

I've been a LONG time client and I've finally had it their sometimes-crappy stylists. As a side note it's also largely more expensive, both in services and products they sell than any other salon in Los Gatos (which is saying a lot). To be fair, I've had a few pretty awesome haircuts from there, but oh my lord today was A DAY. This week I wanted to get a cut and color from a stylist named T. I get a call the day before originally and they tell me it has to be rescheduled. Today I came in at the rescheduled appointment and literally waited 30 minutes for the T to show up (who was apparently not responding) finally having wasted enough of my day I left. I've had good haircuts at Aqua before but after today I'm taking my business elsewhere.
