Overall - Trustworthy, good service, fair prices. I'm not taking my car (Hyundai) anywhere else from now on. Pros - Fast service, easy drop off and pick up. COVID precautions are taken at the payment counter, much appreciated. The owner will answer as many questions as I have, he's happy to explain reasoning behind recommendations and doesn't make me feel like an ignorant idiot by asking things, like so many mechanics do A+

Gem Automotive performed a alignment on my 2013 Ford F150, They did a fantastic job. Very courteous, professional, and respectful. On a previous alignment another company (Sears) left my steering wheel was a slight bit off of center. Gem Automotive fixed that and the steering wheel is perfectly straight, my truck drives perfectly straight. I LOVE the work that was done. If you need professional, good work done on your vehicle. I highly recommend Gem Auto.

Mitchell is the absolute best mechanic I have ever used. We have used him for many years. I never even get a quote, if it needs fixing he will fix it, if not, he won't. He never over charges and does great work. We recommend everyone we know to him. You won't be sorry.

I've been driving cars for 53 years. And I have to say that Genuine Automotive is one of the best repair companies I have ever dealt with. Mitchell does a great job of taking care of his customers. And I believe that he never charges more than what he needs to. I (obviously) highly recommend Mitchell and Genuine.

Mitch and his crew are the absolute best. They're very detailed and methodical, and Mitch really takes his time to explain what they've found, what they're doing, and how and why things work. Even with just an oil change, much less the other work he's done on my vehicle, I could tell an immediate difference in how it operated. He and his crew are well worth your time and money.
