Stay away from this bank. Awful customer service from top to bottom. Very rude group of individuals and a totally outdated banking platform replete with employees who have no training.

Extremely unprofessional organization. Very amateurish. My HOA uses this bank for payment processing. I have no idea why they use this company instead of a real bank. Their online portal is a joke. It's absolutely terrible. They've had a number of glitches in the past year where payments have gotten messed up. There is an 800 number for support and, no joke, if you call it, it literally goes to some guy's voicemail. There is no customer service department. I wish my HOA would ditch this bank and find a real one.

Came down to the LG branch after work to withdraw some $$ from the ATM. Guess what... THEY DON'T HAVE AN ATM! Someone please explain. Two thumbs down.

Very disappointed in this bank. I wanted to open an IRA account and they told me they wouldn't do it unless I also opened a checking account. I don't need a checking account! Can a bank just refuse a customer like that?

The people who work here are real nice. You should take your banking needs to Heritage Bank of Commerce in Los Gatos, CA. Make sure you have a cup of coffee or coco from that crazy looking machine.

A visit to the bank is a pleasure. The folk are personable, helpful and friendly. It's nice to be known by all employees and managers when you walk in. No Driver's License ID needed here. You're known the old fashioned way. A few years ago I sailed to Catalina island and arrived without my wallet. A visit to the local island bank + a call to my Bank - Heritage - and by recognition of my voice, arrangements were made to forward money to me. Great service. Two years ago when I visited a foreign country, I needed to have a large amount of money transfered to complete a property purchase. The helpful manager arranged for the funds to be wired through to me to complete the transaction. No fuss. Just courteous and helpful. I go into shock when I walk into some of the large banks and am treated like an unknown piece of chatel. Thanks to all at Heritage for making my life more of a pleasure to live. You've become like family to me.
