“This place is so awesome! I love it so much. It's like almost hard to get out of there because everything is so interesting and exciting. I love the fact that it has retro because it takes me back to when I was younger so it brings back great memories just walking into the store.”

“Amazing service!!!!! If you are considering purchasing a sewing machine, serger, quilter or embroidery system, GO HERE FIRST! I tried out 1-2 systems in each manufacture line. Nice to be able to test features first and compare prices.”

“Good variety of products from different series! I came for pokemon and the seller was nice to negotiate with me when picking up multiple singles. Be sure to check conditions if it matters to you. Maybe could use a little more organization or space.”

“This store...where do I begin? Open your imagination to include all the many needs you never would have considered possible to be fulfilled by a plastics retailer. Whether it is a display box for memorabilia, a picture frame of museum quality, a replacement part for a boat, clear roofing for a pergola, an All-Gender restroom sign, mold making materials, fiberglass for boat and car repairs, signage displays...I could go on for awhile, still failing to capture the extent of this store's possibilities. The service is fast and it is done professionally. A mistake, while uncommon, is corrected with haste. The price - for the quality, speed, and accuracy (that is, in how they turn what was once only a dream into reality) - is well worth it. TAP is unmatched in the plastic retailer marketplace; no other store can come close.”

“My son and I visited the shop and indoor track over the weekend and were delighted with the new world we had just stepped into. No really knowing much about the world or rc cars and trucks the staff truly went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Being newbies at the indoor track constantly needing assistance with this or guided thru unfamiliar processes one staff member by the name of Landon was absolutely patient and quick to assist us with anything we had going on ie: testing our cars beacuse of troubles we couldn't figure out. ( the guy was very quick in diagnosing the problem AND fixing it right there on the spot. This 5 star reviews is earned absolutely by alk these guys working there. They really go out of their way to get you and keep you running no matter how many times you ask. Awsome hobby Awsome business Truly appreciate these Awsome guys running Nor-Cal hobbies & indoor Rc tracks.”

“Super glad to say that Kandy is my go to spot for all my kpop necessities and cute things. The staff here is great and super friendly! Accidentally came here when they were closed (sorry!), but a staff member let my friends and I in anyway. :) Kandy recently opened up more space and I’m eager to see how much they grow with all their new events and more!”

“What a first-rate shop! The owner and staff are great folks. There is a chill vibe. The supply of prebuilds seems extensive and they have lots of parts available as well, RJ was helping someone find just the right part while I was there. It seems like a community shop.”

“Picked up a cookware here. The older gentleman who works here is the most precious thing ever. As I was heading out, he shared with me how to use my tamagoyaki pan and to “YouTube” videos to learn. I also overheard his interaction with a child who broke something she purchased. And this man tried to calm her down, even saying he will give her another one/whatever she dropped and broke. This is a neat store to check out. Lots of interesting old anime stuff, like magazines, manga, DVDs….you can spend quite a bit of time looking through their inventory. They also sell a fair amount of other Japanese goods such as tea and sake sets, plates.Prices are fair. And the exact pan I got here was $2 cheaper than another Japanese store around the corner.”

“Game Kastle Santa Clara has won my loyalty with their outstanding customer service and fair pricing. The convenience of purchasing a physical copy of a board game at retail value, without the dreaded wait time from shipping with Amazon, is a game-changer. Most other physical stores often charge a premium, but Game Kastle keeps their prices reasonable. The staff is not only friendly but also impressively knowledgeable. They gladly provide recommendations, making the shopping experience enjoyable and informative. While the only downside I've noticed is the occasional lack of sales on popular board games, the overall positive experience far outweighs this minor drawback. Game Kastle Santa Clara has become my go-to destination for board game purchases, and I highly recommend it to fellow enthusiasts seeking excellent service and fair deals.”

“Came here for some card supplies and got exactly the help I needed. Looked around and they offer quite a variety of supplies, cards by the pack (or box) and some sports memorabilia as well. I asked a few questions and they took their time answering them and let me browse around without pestering me even though I only spent a few bucks. My only suggestion is to be careful with some of their autographed stuff, as I didn't see the accompanying certifications you'd expect nowadays (PSA/JSA/Beckett).”

“Just like any Michael’s it’s what you would expect. Probably has what you need. 4 out of 5 stars because I see holiday merchandise months before said holiday. Jeez, cool it off.”

“Sierra Toy Soldiers provides excellent availability of 54mm military miniatures, combined with excellent service and support; affording collectors a broad array of manufacturers and items for purchase. It's a family owned and operated business that employs helpful and knowledgeable staff that are hobby enthusiasts. For all the aforementioned reasons I would highly recommend this business without reservation. -Bill Cleary”

“Been going here for the past 6 years.Fair enougn pricing and semi-fluctuating stock. It can get a bit cramped once the regulars are hanging out at the tables but the vibe is generally casual.Great for the community However I wish they did clean up a bit or at least organize some stuff.”

“How in the world have I not written a review here yet??? This is my ONLY place I go for jewelry! We've been customers here since before our wedding over 35 years ago! They are so trustworthy we have left many valuable pieces here over the years for re-sizing (as with our love our fingers also grew over time)! They do not have the crazy overhead of mall jewelers and have beyond fair pricing. They are family owned and always kind & welcoming. What they may lack in fancy pants "Tiffany" atmosphere, they more than make up for in price & quality!”

“If there is anything that makes retail shops look attractive, it's how tidy and organized the departments are - a slight adjacency to customer service . Michaels in Cupertino is organized and so far - has commendable customer service (as long as they're smiling when they interact, I'm sold). The staff at the register and on the floor are helpful even during the holidays. Every shelf has a variety of great selection (even new to the arts and crafts items are here!). I've been coming to this store for years, but not often, and there are the occasional customers with their unruly kids knocking over merchandise or just running around the store like a playground - I know this is something the staff cannot control but this creates an inconvenience to other customers as these little people have no clue about good behavior. One time I had to give my "I'll eat you alive" look to a little girl who pushed against my cart while she was running. I think that kid will never leave home after that. I digress. The framing department seems to be the busiest area in the store. Each time I had to go use their bathroom (clean), there were always customers waiting to be helped. I take that as a good sign? There are always great sales going on with their yarn and beading supplies. I'm happy. Their clearance items are of great value and if you get in during the right time, you'll even get to purchase $10 wholesale boxes from previous seasons. I shop here, usually at random...not a great idea. Parking is easy and the strip is a one-stop-shop with the Safeway and Ulta next door. Even a RDFL (Ross Dress For Less). It's time to conclude this thesis. It's an easy 5 stars.”

“This is a great addition to the stores at Valley Fair Mall. I have a 9 year old and I myself a 9 year old trapped in a 40yo body. Stores like this really help break things up among all the boring clothes, jewelry and shoes. It helps fill the void of stores like KB Toy stores from the 80s/90s.I would say most of their toys lean more towards Japanese Anime such as Naruto, Dragonball, Transformers etc.Pricing is fair. You can probably get it online for $, but you'd have to wait and can not guarantee authenticity. Because of online competition, they have all sales as final. The service and people working here were very friendly and you can tell were happy to work in the store and help customers.”

“I just sold some family jewelry pieces and some gold coins to Sal. He was very honest and thorough in evaluating everything. I love that this business is family owned and operated with Sal, Barbara and their son, Vince all working together. I highly recommend them!”

“Pretty decent selection of art supplies but couldn’t find all the art pens I was looking for. Very friendly staff but the UI for self-checkout needs work. I scanned all my items but because I didn’t first touch the screen asking whether I’m a member or not I had to re-scan everything ?”

“This is a huge Michaels and it's fully stocked too. I went in here to look for a tape measure and was surprised to see how big this Michaels is. Everything is also neatly stocked and there's a cart when you need it Service was ok. They have someone near check out to see if you want to self pay or wait for a cashier. It's faster to diy check out. I would definitely come back to this Michaels!”
