Mike's office is pretty diligent and on top of any claims which are made and are very prompt with following up and keep it clear line of communication between us and them. Mike also takes the time to advise you around ways you could potentially save via bundling different insurance products and also how you could save some money on individual policies. One of our children had a no-fault accident, which totaled her vehicle and he guided us through the claims process. The claims department was very fair, prompt and obtained a great result which had our deductible returned as a part of the resolution with the at-fault driver's insurance company.
