I was shopping around for a 2024 Acura MDX Type-s w/ Advanced Package and on the first phone call to Acura Los Gatos, Richard Beile told me "we will beat any price you can find." He was not kidding! I told him the exact package I wanted and they came back with a price that all other dealerships could not match or try to match.Bottom line, the professionalism from Richard Beile and the finance manager Vu, made buying my new Acura a very pleasant and stress free experience! I recommend anyone to give them a shot. Always do your homework, but these guys will have you coming back with peace of mind that you're not gonna get a better deal!Thank you all at Acura Los Gatos!!!!

In May 2023, 4 months ago, I had major work (starter, engine, brakes, and more) done on my 2006 Honda Pilot, which had 200K miles on it. I bought the car new in 2006. I regularly service it at LG Acura. I take care of it, but things wear out. I've put 8K hard miles (city, mountain, desert) on it and it performs well. They did a great job. I'm hoping for another 200K miles.

I wish I could give more stars than 5. Our service guy George was the best human every. He took his time explaining everything we had about our 2018 MDX. These kind of ppl with a magnificent customer service need to be acknowledged. Since ppl like this are rare to find now a days especially after the pandemic.

Had a problem with the paint that was on recall for the MDX. They wouldn't honor it. Even though they know it's their fault that the paint was bad coming out of the factory. It's a simple white paint. Do you wonder how many other recalls they don't tell you about until you stumble upon it. Buy another car not Acura.

Chris Rivera Was super helpful and knowledgeable about his cars. Forsure felt welcomed with him. Even the simple questions I had he answered in a professional matter, I felt like i was going to get judged but forsure he did not disappoint. Will forsure comeback again once I’m in the market again!

I was super excited when they announced the new Integra type S. I was ready on May 5 when reservations can be made on website. But to my surprise the supposed 11am reservation had started early and the website crashed. Unable to secure a reservation I started calling around and the first dealer I called was Los Gatos Acura. I was told that they do not do markups and I even had to sale agent confirm this with the sales manager. I was even willing to leave a deposit but he said no need you are the first on the list. The first two allocations went to the 2 lucky people that actually got a reservation from the website. Then I thought the 3rd would be for me. A month or so later I called and my sales said it’s a $15k markup. This is not only an insult but had they just been honest from to start. I would have called around to other dealerships. Like Acura of Pleasanton where they actually honor MSRP. So in the end I called every dealer in the US and now have to buy this car out of state. Thanks Los Gatos Acura!

If you want to get educated by a father and treated differently by your age and race, go to this dealership and find the salesman Henry.Here are my experience at Los Gatos Acura:1. During the test drive, Mr. Henry prohibited us from driving on the highway, limiting our ability to properly gauge the vehicle's performance.2. Upon inquiring about the price, he refused to invite us into the room and engage in any discussion, asking us to come back when we were "ready". Despite my assertions that I am actively seeking to purchase a new vehicle, he simply referred to the price on the window and refused to provide me with any further customer service and documentation, including the vehicle's VIN or a list price for the MSRP.3. His reluctance to provide essential information about the vehicle made us feel as though we were begging for basic service, which is unacceptable and hardly a conducive environment for a potential purchase.4. When I voiced my concerns about the amount of time we had spent at the dealership, he responded in a condescending and disrespectful manner, comparing our relationship to that of a father and son. He even advised me to watch my voice listen to him, which was entirely unprofessional and inappropriate.5. Here are his original words: “You are younger than my son. I’m much older than you, you know, like your father. I know what respect is better than you do. When a son talks to his father, he should show more respect. So do not lift up your voice when talking to me.”6. In Asian culture, calling someone else son is especially disrespectful, which I believe Mr. Henry knows very clearly as an Asian who speaks Mandarin with us during the visit.This is the worst dealership experience I've ever had in a long period of time.
