Do not go to this shop. They are terrible and you will regret it. I had 4 new tires put on my Tesla X and they wore out/burnt out after short mileage due to bad installation and alignment. My wife had brake work done on her BMW X1 and they couldn't turn off the warning light despite 3 return visits. Go somewhere else. I've never written a one star review in my life but had to warn others so they don't make the same costly mistake I did.

Amazing service - went over and above to fix my pothole induced flat tire when I walked in just before closing even though they were busy. I was in and out in less than an hour, attended my niece’s birthday party and able to drive 2 hours back home.

Stay away from this place. I felt like they set up a trap to force me to replace my tires. Look at the photos. Unbelievable and totally unacceptable. When I told him showing what they caused, he simply shrugged off and offered adding air. This definitely happened while parking in their spot.

Leon and his staff did an amazing job! We had a crazy incident where a sharp rock punctured a big hole in our tire while we had our 2 newborns with us. We spoke with Leon and he was so helpful! Lucas fixed our tire within an hour so we could begin our day. We were really thankful for their great customer service, quality work, and amazing pricing! You won't regret coming here! Thank you guys!

Huge thanks to Leon and his team. I came in with a flat tire and Leon was extremely nice and friendly. My tire was patched in just minutes. Leon was kind enough to not charge me. I'm very impressed with the level of service here. I highly recommend this place. I'm also happy that I found a local tire shop that I can come back to.

I recently had an unexpected tire issue thanks to an annoying nail, so I decided to head over to Los Gatos Tire & Auto Repair. The team there was not only quick to diagnose the problem but also promptly fixed it up. What genuinely stood out was that they didn’t charge me anything for their service, a refreshing show of customer care. If you’re looking for reliable and generous auto service, I’d definitely suggest giving Los Gatos Tire & Auto Repair a visit. Their professionalism and courtesy left a lasting impression.

This is a great shop. I had an emergency need for tire repair on two back to back problems and they made time to take care of both quickly so we could get back on schedule. Recommend highly you give them a try next time you have a need for tires or repairs.

I went there for an oil change and brake check.They may have done the job, but when dropping off and picking up the car, there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come and help me. They said the car would be ready in 1.5 hours, and they would call me. After not receiving a call in 3.5 hours, I called them, and they said they were a little behind and needed at least another hour. When picking up the car, one of their employees was calling the other for 8-10 minutes to come to the front desk and help the customer.When I received the car, the rear windows were open (ok, no big deal). The next day, I noticed that the hood was not fully closed. Driving with the hood like that is dangerous and may cause serious damage.

They DO NOT patch tires for free like Discount Tire or Les Schwab. Charge is for $40 per tire. The reviews online that say that they do it for free are misleading.

Bought my tires almost 4 years ago. I recently had the bad luck to run over a nail, and had a slow leak. I had a long road trip the next day, and dove over after work on a Friday, around 6pm. They patched it free of charge and I was in and out in no time. Thanks!
