Had to do a return but didn't want to go to the mall during the Christmas madness, and completely forgot there's a Lululemon store in downtown Los Gatos! The employees helped me purchase what I wanted online to be delivered to my home. I forget the employee's name but super friendly, helpful and patient!

This is a great Lulu store in the heart of Los Gatos and they have a lot of fall merchandise. I like the inventory and it's so different from Southern California inventory! The salespeople are so nice and helpful!!

I went to this store to return an jacket. but it seems they dont refund just put the money in the gift card it means you have to buy something in lululemon!Finally my friend picked out a hoodie and a pant and I ended up spending money here. what makes me feel terrible is that they charged me for a shopping bag after I spent over $400…thats funny because I've been at a lot of lululemon stores and they've never charged for any shopping bags fee even the first time i just brought a $88 pant at Hillsdale they didint charged me for the shopping bags…

Bought a few items for myself and my wife, but the cashier would not give me a nursing discount on all the items because she said it wasn't all for me? How does she know what is for me and not for me. In this progressive day and age, it is not appropriate to pass judgment and come to conclusions on what is for me and not for me. So, anyway purchased all of it and contacted customer service to get full discount on all my items. It's funny because online you can get a discount on any item, no body questioning you. Just a big waste of time. Would the company rather have no business versus 15% off? Really dumb and If I was district manager I would retrain their staff. So this specific store and this specific cashier is to be avoided. Go elsewhere and spend a lot of money on a very high marked up item.

I am not a tik toker but i know why everyone loves lululemon! Ive been wearing their fitness apparel for years! They fit great, come in all sizes and styles, very flattering amd they last forever! My fave is the fast and free pants because they dry so quickly, even if i had to size up! Sometimes the clothes are tighter than previous versions! Their swiftly tank and tops are perfect.. i have them in every color! I wear a define or Dance jacket every day to the gym and to work and on weekends staff is also very friendly. Once you go lulu, you can't go back!

Came her to see what they can do to fix my belt bag. I did not get the older lady's name but she was around 5'3-5'4 blonde hair maybe the manager around her late 50s. She wasn't friendly and never acknowledged me while I was waiting in line. After a while standing there she finally call me over and I explained to her that the thread had completely broken off and I didn't dare to continue wearing it, not knowing if it will break apart. Her attitude was " the thread is frayed I would just cut it off!" I said the thread is completely broken off on this end, it is no longer connected where it supposed to be. She then walks away to grab a new one to double check if I was lying. And told me your option is to get another one, we don't do returns or credit and hands me her device and said " you can choose another color since we don't have this color in stock!" Her demeanor was cold, rude, intimidating and forceful. I Kindly told her I do not want another color as I have so many other colors I do not wish to add a same color or a color I don't want and she repeats with her rude attitude we cannot credit or exchange it, it will have to be the same item. She then tells me to go to Santana Row that they can fix the thread for me and while I was leaving she said they might not even able to fix that for you???!! I was at lost for words. This lady made me felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome and sounded like it will ruin her sales for her store if I had exchange it to a different item and I can see what type of customer she caters to. Once I got into my car I contacted SR lulu and spoke with the manager on duty at the time, I explain to her the whole entire situation and she said it's a quality control and would happy to help me with it. When I got there I was greeted immediately with friendly employees filled with joy. While I was waiting in line I was greeted not knowing it was the manger I spoke with and said we will be with you shortly, barley 5 seconds standing by there. And she happen to help me since the other cashier was still busy. I explain to her again about what happened and she apologized immediately and knew it was quality control by looking at the thread. I was happy that I was able to order a different bag but similar color and didn't mind paying little bit more.

As a regular buyer of Lululemon I'd rate this location on the below average side. I was in a few days ago and the attitude of the employees is fitting for the location. The store had one customer in when I walked in, but no one had came to ask me any questions while I walked around. Luckily, I had a set plan for what I wanted to purchase that day and I do have knowledge of the fabric and sizes. I was repeatedly looked at by employees and one even passed me to hang clothes on the rack but did not ask if I was finding everything okay. I wasn't told there were new items that were out so instead of me trying them on when I went into the fitting room, I noticed afterwards which led me to not going to try them on. I'd recommend this company brings in employees that work at the Santana Row location to bring in diverse personalities rather than the Los Gatos: white passing, and skinny employee that doesn't smile nor wants to work there for the brand itself, but for the discount since that's all they mention. Let's see if they improve this environment :)

The most comfortable, cute, high-quality exercise clothing can be found here! Plus, this place has clean fitting rooms and well-organized shelves and racks. The staff were also REALLY enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful in finding/getting me just what I needed. What a great store.

Had the best customer service experience this morning. A young woman named Siete helped me, and she was by far the most friendliest employee I've come across at the LG location. I'll definitely be shopping there more because of her!

My experience at this Lululemon store was the worst I have ever had. I went to the store to exchange a pair of pants, but they didn't have the desired size in stock. The store associate offered to help me return the pants and order the right size in-store, which I appreciated.During the checkout process, the store associate transferred the credits from the returned pants onto a gift card and used it to place the order. However, the order confirmation took a long time to come through, and I was about to leave without any proof of the transaction. My wife insisted that we wait for some evidence of the order.To confirm the order, the store associate made several phone calls to customer service and internal systems, which took around 30 minutes. However, the store still couldn't confirm the order, and I approached the store manager, Van, for help. Unfortunately, Van was unhelpful and simply said: just wait.Finally, after about an hour of waiting, the store associates realized that they had used an empty gift card to purchase instead of the one with credits to place the order. This meant that if I had left the store without any proof of the transaction, I would have lost the credits I was owed. It was a frustrating experience, and I was disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accountability from the store manager.

Boo boo LuLu! Low inventory and a big bummer that you have to exchange shipped items in the physical store. This brick and mortar vendor is not customer focused.

Recently went to this location and enjoyed it. They have a great selection, the store is clean and tidy, and the staff are very helpful. My shopping experience here was made excellent because of the assistance from Diana, she was really friendly and offered great tips for my yoga attire selection. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my purchases! Would definitely recommend this store to others who want top quality fitness/yoga clothing and wonderful customer service! During 2020 I transitioned to completing the majority of my shopping online. Especially when it came to clothing shopping though there was a lot of size and fit trial and error.I have recently gone back to shopping in person and stopped by the Lululemon in Los Gatos to grab some essentials and try on some new items. I was greeted by Derek who very attentive. He provided a solid understanding of the products I already love as well as similar recommendations for the in store selection. Overall I had an efficient shopping experience and was pleased with the store staff service
