Mark was recommended to us by my cousin, and I truly enjoyed working with him. We needed to take out a loan for my parents’ home, so we reached out to Mark. He was extremely proactive in his communication, even responding to emails on his days off. Understanding the importance of our deadline, he took the initiative to research and recommend the best loan option for us. I had a great experience with Mark. He helped me getting the loan for my dream property approved while the other big banks could not, and at a better rate than other banks has originally quoted me. I will be asking for Mark's help again with refinancing when the rates go down in the future.

Throughout our house hunting process, I received quotes from many different banks and credit unions. The communication with all of these was fairly impersonal, rates were ridiculous, and I kept getting bombarded with spam afterward. Working with Mark was like a breath of fresh air. No marketing, no harassing phone calls, no BS. Mark helped walk us through the entire loan process and explained every step in thorough detail. Being new to the game, I had a lot of questions and Mark was incredibly patient through all of them. Best of all, he provided the best rate I've seen and with a very lucrative negative point option, which no other bank offered me. Mark has been the mortgage broker for all the members in my family and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a home loan without the hassle.

Mark was recommended to us by a family friend. We found a house that we wanted to submit an offer on, but we didn't have a lender lined up. We emailed Mark on a Sunday night at 9:00pm, he responded within 30 minutes, we got on the phone with him, and by 11:00pm, we had a pre-approval letter in hand and got our offer in on Monday. This is all while Mark was packing to go on vacation. He even stayed in contact with us while he was out of the country. Mark's client service is unparalleled! We highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Mark at Victoria Capital. I have worked with Mark on two mortgages and refinances. Mark is meticulous and searched out great mortgage rates - keeping me informed of the progress and preparing me for the documentation that would be needed. He stayedon top of the entire application process helping it be completed in as short of time as possible. On all loans, he was always available by phone, text, or email through the application approval, loan funding, and closing. Our most recent mortgage together was for property that was moving from my mothers trust to me, which included a payout (the mortgage) to a sibling, it was complicated. Mark worked with me, the lender and my CPA to get all the needed paperwork and filed. It was an emotional time for me but Mark really made it as easy for me as could be. Thanks Mark

Mark has helped me out with two mortgages. The first fell through (not Mark's fault) and he was very kind and supportive, trying to help me find alternative actions. The second, a year later, went through very smoothly, and again Mark was very helpful. I would highly recommend working with him.

I've worked with various mortgage professionals over the years, and it's seldom a smooth process. However, Mark's straight forward approach, dedication and focus on getting my loan completed, experience in working with the lenders, and accessibility and responsiveness (despite helping other clients simultaneously) made the process easier to navigate. I plan to call him again the next time I require financing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

I can't recommend Mark enough! He made getting our first mortgage loan so easy, I honestly thought it would be stressful and complicated but it wasn't AT ALL. I hadn't a clue where to begin and he guided us like a true pro - so grateful for his knowledge and experience. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
