While I'm not impressed with General Motors for no longer manufacturing parts for my 1996 GMC pickup, Moore GMC managed to get my truck back on the road by finding a company that rebuilds the part in question. It took a while but they persisted and my truck is back home and working fine.

Dave Burt is the best in the business. I had a very challenging year, and he was able to put things together for me to get me in the exact truck I wanted…. Brett and John Moore are the best owner son team I have ever met.I moved from the Bay Area to the greater Sacramento area, and I drove all the way back to Los Gatos on a $175.00 Uber ride to pick up the truck! I highly recommend these guys, and especially Dave Burt! Mark Raynaud

My co-worker had her Acura MDX catalytic converter replaced at Moore GMC in Los Gatos, CA due to theft. This was almost a year ago. Allstate Insurance sent her to Moore GMC for replacement and Allstate covered the $4,200 replacement cost. Back then she waited over a month for the part and come to find out this week when she went for a smog check that the catalytic converter was an illegal part ordered from Canada. Shame on you Moore Buick. Do not patronize even for car sales. BEWARE BUYERS. DO NOT GET SERVICE EITHER.

This rating is for the service dept only. My thermostat went out while driving (only 43k miles on the car). Managed to get to the service department. Was told it would be about 2 weeks before they could even diagnose what was wrong. My rental car allowance from my extended warranty doesn't start until a diagnosis is made. The service manager (the only one) said they were very short on mechanics. Hoping that they might squeeze it in, I left it there. After a few days of no progress, I had the car towed to another service location where it was fixed in 2 days. Not sure why they can't/won't hire additional staff but I will not be returning.

Bret and Dave made my truck buying experience easier than any other in the last 15 years! They are quick to respond to emails and calls, paperwork was a breeze and the vehicle looked amazing upon pick-up! I would definitely recommend the folks and Moore GMC! A BIG thank you to Bret and Dave.

Service appointment was easy to make online. I arrived at the time selected and received immediate check-in and a quick ride home. The service adviser call me to tell me the vehicle was ready for pick-up at the stated time. Everyone I talked to was polite and helpful.

Happy customer. I met a very straight forward group of individuals to deal with at Moore GMC. I had been shopping for a used or new 2022 Dodge Power Wagon, and they had one from a trade in deal (not an inexpensive vehicle).Long story shortened, I met with Mr. Rick Duran early in the week, and then Tyler Merilatt later in the week, both are on the sales team. Tyler is the "truck" representative and a bit of a performance/motor head, in a good way. Both of them were exceptionally accommodating and easy to work with. No pressure and always provided straight-on clear answers; the way it should be. No games. I also met the dealership owner, and as with his team, he showed me absolute respect. My impression is that everyone who walks in to the dealership recieves that level of concern. The way they sized up my needs and did not try to push me beyond what I knew I wanted was key to Moore GMC getting my business. Most likely, when I trade in my other vehicle for a replacement, I will start with Moore GMC to give them first rights to earn my business, again.

The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly, from the top down! The facility was amazing "in order" and very clean!I saw my new vehicle and it is simply beautiful! I am so very happy with it.Went back the next day and was met with the same friendly, helpful atmosphere .So very glad that it came to be I purchased my Yukon at Moore!

1.25hr installation turned into 2.5hrs. Then there was no explanation on how to use my new device. Then after I got home and figured out how to use it myself I realized they didn't install it in the best place and all the camera captures is blackness from the review mirror arm.

The experience at Moore gmc was absolutely the best! I searched for the vehicle with several other dealerships and Moore gmc by far surpassed them all to get the truck I wanted at the price I wanted!!!! The owner Bret and salesperson phelix were a pleasure to work with, very relaxed and easy to negotiate with. I wanted to stay Moore GMC ....years of. great service...over 20 years.I developed communication with Michael Brown in 2022 my lease...We spoke many times with alternatives. As luck would have it...I called Michael on 4-29-2023 and with Michael and Bret Moore, and in less than 24 hours signed a new lease.The extra effort to meet my financial needs and an upgrade to boot.

Moore Collision CenterThis is a long overdue review and I'm ashamed that it has taken this long to express myself but this has always been in the back of my head to get this said. My mother's car had been sideswiped in October 2021 and I was referred to Bob Brost who is the Body Shop Manager at Moore Collision Center inside the Moore Buick GMC facility. What an amazing experience my mother and I had with Bob. Bob is the center point of customer service and truly does everything to make this experience so pleasant and stress-free. Everything from paperwork, appointments, updates when the parts come in and even having the car delivered was first class, Bob would get the car himself and personally help my mother in the driver's seat. All the damage to the car has been done perfectly and even color match. We had some extras done which included replacing some door molding and buffing out the scratches caused by rings on the top of the car while the car was being serviced and it looks like a new car again. Bob even referred me to his own personal insurance agent and that was a great referral that I use now. Getting repair work done from an accident is very stressful but Bob made everything perfect and I still remember the experience after 1 1/2 years ago.
