Contacted North Breeze on a Tuesday for a dryer that would not heat. Kevin arrived first thing Wednesday morning. He very quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. My dryer is old so he didnt have the part on his truck to repair it. He ordered the part and arrived by noon the next day to repair the dryer. I now have a working dryer thanks to North Breeze’s professional and efficient service. Hopefully nothing else breaks but if it does, I would feel confident using North Breeze again!! Thank you Kevin!

This my third time using NorthBreeze. I encountered a second problem with my dishwasher which cause it to stop working and refuse to shut down. Kevin came that day even though I am sure it extended his day. He did a great job gave advice on how to avoid the problem recurring. Nothing but positives.

Fourth (fifth?) time I have called on Kevin to help with a problem appliance. This time was my air conditioner. I called North Breeze late Friday and he came out Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed a blow fuse (I did not even know we had a separate fuse beyond the regular circuit breakers for the ac). He quickly replaced it and gave some suggestions on ac maintenance. I trust Kevin and will continue to use North Breeze.

operator was helpful, the technician was knowledgable, and the job was done and done well, but in a rather strnge way. I don't know if he was just super busy that day, but I never actually met my technician in person and was not able to ask questions on site. It was like doing business with hyper introverts or something. Still, job done, and done well, so no real complaints.

Our electric dryer stopped heating up suddenly. After checking in with a few places, I was able to get time scheduled very quickly. The technician came right on time. Figured out what the problem was and able to repair the dryer in about an hour. The technician was super professional and even vacuumed the area and very nicely while he was working. Very happy with the prompt service!!

Super fast responses. I sent a yelp request for estimates and they responded within 5 min in a Fri night. Kevin came out on Sat (the next day) and was efficient, communicative, professional, and fast. My washing machine stopped spinning and he fixed it in less than 30 min. Would highly recommend.
