Great place to get stuff for my fur baby. Convenient location. Staff is always super helpful and great with various suggestions since our baby is a super picky eater. Parking is not great during peak times but we usually manage to find a spot eventually.

I absolutely adore visiting this store in Los Gatos. The employees are incredibly friendly and always make an effort to acknowledge me and my dog, Lilo. She even recognizes Kristi, Genaro, and Nathan. If I have any questions about dog food or any other products, they are always more than happy to assist me.
