Great service all around. I dropped off a delicate sweater which had quite a few visible stains which R.Cleaners could not remove in the first try. They gave it another shot without additional fees and the sweater is back to original shape -- which I appreciated greatly. I recommend this business!

Came here a few weeks ago with one of my dress shirts had big bloody stains all over it (accidently sliced my hand open). Not only did Rinconada Cleaners finish cleaning it before the expected date, I couldn't tell at all that there was ever any blood on the shirt. Thanks so much Rinconada Cleaners!!!

I dropped off an expensive ivory blazer that was covered in coffee, one whole side of it. I had little hope it would come out but wanted to at least try. They told me it may not come out because the stain was a month old, but I picked it up today and it was completely gone! My blazer looks brand new :) highly recommend this cleaners!

Being new to the area, I just started using Rinconada Cleaners. It is an absolute pleasure to be greeted with a smile, impeccable service, and an attitude that is totally welcoming. I was pleased with the quality, timeliness, and price of the items I had taken in to be cleaned over the last few months. I just took a light pink lined suede type jacket to be cleaned. The jacket had blue dye from a blue pair of pants that I wore with it and many other stains. I thought it might be worth a try to see what could be done. I was absolutely AMAZED! The jacket looks brand new. I couldn't see one spot and all the blue dye was gone. I would recommend Rinconada Cleaners to everyone!

I have been coming to Rinconada Cleaners for the past six years. The owner is very nice and extremely accommodating. My clothes are always cleaned on time and I have never had any problems with their service. This past trip, I went to pick up my clothes and the owner found my son's wallet that had been left in his pant pocket. She told me she always checks the pockets and bags/saves any contents found until it can be returned to the owner. I am very appreciative of the owner's diligence and honesty. Everything in my son's wallet was still there. Thank you Rinconada Cleaners for your professional services and the extra care you give to your customers. I will continue to use Rinconada Cleaners for all my dry cleaning needs.

I am from out of town but my Mom lives in Monte Sereno. I had a jacket which I wore for the first time and got it stained. I brought it to Rinconada Cleaners recommended by my Mom. They worked on the stain and got it completely clean. I am so impressed and will definitely use them again. Thank you!!!!

I'm writing this review as a warning to others because my clothing has been damaged not once but TWICE! and twice is too many times for me to keep going back unfortunately. First article was a pair of expensive jeans and second was a t-shirt that got its collar stretched large enough to fit two heads through it simultaneously.

Always good customer service. Good pricing. Won't write your name in shirts like other cleaners do. Shirts always come back looking nice with right amount of starch.

Great service, they offer same-day cleaning if you need it. Very reliable and always do a good job. They can also do repair work, mending holes and replacing missing or broken buttons.
