Brenton went above and beyond to help me and my elderly father print out a form for the DMV so my mom could get her disabled persons placard. We were having issues with the PDF not printing correctly, and Brenton came over and had us sorted and on our way in less than five minutes. That kind of know-how and excellent customer service is very uncommon these days. Please accept my compliments for the exceptional experience at your store. I was really stressed out when I arrived and Brenton definitely turned my frown upside down by the time we left.

I highly recommend this location for any of your shipping needs. They provide excellent service (Shoutout Brenton), and the mailbox rentals are very convenient with 24 hour access. As a mailbox renter myself, Brenton has time and time again gone above and beyond to provide the best customer service and results! I would not want to use any other shipping partner!

Irritatingly will not print labels purchased through UPS. Makes you send them a $2 email per label.

All the staff here are incredibly helpful and wonderful except for the woman with the short hair and British accent. She's very rude and impatient. If you have multiple Amazon returns, don't let her help you. Wait for someone else. It's happened twice now that she helps me and she's just really unpleasant. I love this place because everyone else is so great, but if she's there next time, I might just go somewhere else. She needs training on basic customer service or to be moved from front desk services. Five stars to the rest of the team!

The people at this location are just awesome. I go there to scan documents, make photocopies and also to return things I’ve purchased on Amazon. I’ve also done my livescan there.This is the best place for a quick photo copy, to mail a package etc… really fantastic service…. Each and every timeDefinitely Most convenient way to do Amazon returns

I brought in 7 boxes today to the 481 North Santa Cruz Ave store. I had some problems (on my end) regarding a correct address and had to return again later in the day with all 7 boxes. Both times the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Once I had my info correct, everything was a breeze. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. (However, you must be prepared to deal with a small parking lot). There is another UPS site closer and more convenient for me, but I stopped using that place precisely because of the unfriendly and unhelpful attitude I encountered there several times.

I used this store since the day it opened. The team is always anxious to support their clientele anyway they can. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Brenton and his staff. I recently moved out-of-state. I will miss bringing my shipments and receiving my mail, printouts and whatever else I required, from this crew. They are first rate.
