Enjoy coming to this branch much more than the downtown Los Gatos branch as it is much easier to get in and out, even though I am smack in the middle between the two. The employees are always helpful and get me in and out quickly.

I have visited this branch about 10 times over 4 years as a treasurer of our choir needing to deposit very many checks and cash. The staff has always been very helpful and kind during this process and helping me complete any missing forms. In addition, long time employee Nina is a gem and anyone would be lucky to reach her window.

I’ve been to this bank twice to meet with my banker and both times they didn’t offer me any help and tried to leave the situation.

I don’t even know why they have this location. They are never able to provide the most basic services any bank does. Either they don’t have enough money available at the branch, they don’t have enough people to help you if your request is the slightest service that isn’t a withdrawal or their computers are just too slow to do anything. Waist of time, energy, and gas to get here. Don’t bother.

Worst bank ever,careless about costumers,no responses about credit card issue for YEARS!!TOO BAD I CAN CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS BECAUSE PENDING TRANSACTIONS.GOING BACK ON MONDAY TO CUT FOR GOOD ALL MY ACCOUNTS.DO NOT TRUST ALL THE "GREAT SERVICE" AND OR ANY "BENEFITS" THEY OFFER.

I had to come in to make a Business account transfer that the nline banking wasn't working with, I was greeted by Andrea, the branch manager and she took care of the whole situation and was very patient and helpful as I wasn't ready with all info needed immediately. Andrea had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable with the whole process and she was great to speak to. I recommend this branch to anyone wondering about opening an account with US Bank or any service they offer, great experience!

They charge more than a liquor store to cash their own checks! $7 dollars on $300 Worst yet, they don't give you a receipt for the services rendered. Is that even legal? And they still wondered why we don't bank with them... mmmmhh!

My card was compromised by DoorDash. Total pain. Especially right now with Covid19 in my line of work. Being that I use my card for my business I felt helpless. Called US bank 1-800 #, sat on hold for 30 minutes, & they recommended going into a branch for a replacement card. Ugh! However, this is where the story improves. This branch was so helpful particularly Jessica. She walked me through the process, situated a temporary replacement card, and expedited the shipping on my new permanent card. The difference working with her was her expertise & confidence. My week has been so extremely stressful working in healthcare. 80 hour work week. I'm sure she could see it in my facial expressions that I was stressed & tired. She is five stars and made my day so much better, Thank you! Positive energy that could be felt 100%.

Poor customer service. Dealt with a supervisor named Andy. I gave her a check for 11k to get endorsed. She ended up loosing in the check and now my insurance company has to place a stop payment. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

I stop by this branch because it's close to my work. but I need to stop doing that. The tellers are friendly, but incredibly poorly trained and inefficient. With one (or fewer) people ahead of me in line, I can always plan on spending a half hour or longer waiting. It's extremely frustrating. I don't really think it's the tellers' fault, because it seems like they're trying their best - it's a bad sign that they seem to proactively waive fees for me, every time, because they're used to angry customers. It seems like a management/training issue, and it's too bad.

I called about an overdraft fee. I called my original branch and they werent much help. I called this branch and the manager Andy was amazing. She gave me so much information and didn't make me feel bad about any of it. She fixed my fee and was extremely nice about it. Thank you Andy!!!!
