I have been to this walgreens pharmacy since it opened many many years ago. It used to have lovely customer service. For the past 3 years the service has declined to some of the worst service I've encountered. Very rude people work at the pharmacy. I could write countless stories of the rude service. The latest one: my Dr called in the prescription, I saw it show up in my Walgreens app about 30 minutes later with the "canceled " status. I called into the pharmacy, was put on hold 3 different times and then they picked up and just hung up the call. I called back in, this time reaching someone, and I explained the issue with the prescription saying canceled. The rude lady proceeded to ball me out for using the Walgreens app, she said "I don't know why people like you use the app, we have printed the label and are filling out the prescription". This was in a very intense and demeaning tone of voice. Sadly, I am so sick and can barely move, or I would cancel with them and use a different pharmacy. Walgreens, you need to do better.

Pharmacy phone response is atrocious … they put you on hold and the they pick up and put you on hold again and again and again … hoping you would finally give up. It’s so unproductive because then you have to go in person and pile up in line making it worse for everyone else … Walgreens uses a phone answering service from the 1990s and slimmed down their staff to a skeleton crew that works around the clock their job is thankless … very sad.

Waiting 1.5 hours for flu shot with an appointment. Should have gotten it done elsewhere.

You have a worker who is still sitting at home with no hours. The store manager for store 07326 Linh keeps taking my hours off I am willing to work I am flexible except on Thursdays when I have class. Other than that I can work. She is running the store on minors oh well. Guess they don't want me.

Inefficient and bad at everything. Their pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. I have been to their pharmacy for over 10 years, because of their long and inefficient service switch to CVS. Made the mistake of making a flu shot appointment, I had to wait 50 minutes with 1 or 2 people at the pharmacy and 4 pharmacist working behind the counter. I have never had bleeding from a flue shot, like soaking my band-aid, only from here. Note to self, never ever to this slow and inefficient place.

The rudest and slowest pharmacy I have been to in my life. If you want to get yelled at for no reason, this place is for you. Don’t bother to schedule an appt here (tried to get Covid booster) as they will make you sit for an hour+ wait and just tell you they are understaffed.

Terrible. Customer service at the pharmacy counter.They’re slow and unresponsive. And when they recognize that the line for the pharmacy is too long and they ask for help, none arrives.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! I'm here at 10:12 with pharmacy closed and the pharmacy opens at 10:00. Why doesn't corporate do something to better the patient experience. The reviews alone show this place clearly requires a complete staff makeover. They require a workforce change. It takes 10 minutes just to get your rx once they are open and you are at the register.

Pharmacy: while nightmarish service is endemic to Walgreens pharmacies, this location may possibly be the poster child. Perhaps the most illustrative example: Recently I rushed to the pharmacy to get medication that had to be taken THAT DAY to reduce the possibility of long-term Covid and minimize the symptoms. I made it a little ahead of the pharmacy's 9PM closing time. The metal roll-downs were already covering the service windows although I could hear people inside. So I knocked ... twice ... no response. Then a woman who self-identified as the store manager asked what I needed. I explained. She replied the pharmacy closed at 9PM. So i showed her that the time was only just that at moment 9PM so she could see that the already-closed pharmacy was ahead it's advertised hours and added that we could both still hear the staff inside. The manager said I should consider transferring the Rx to a 24-hour location. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and many prior experiences at that pharmacy. She respondef "customer satisfaction isn't really our priority". FWIW, after 90 minutes on hold for the 24-hour pharmacy trying to transfer the Rx, nobody ever picked up. When I drove to the location I went to the drive-thru service window. The man working inside saw me pull up and, rather than speak to me, very hurriedly put up a sign in the service window that the (24-hr) pharmacy was closed with no information on re-opening time. A few moments later the lights went out. I sat outside and waited about 3 hours before I gave up.This pharmacy has me perpetually standing in long lines, prescriptions aren't ready when indicated, medications aren't in stock, automated refills fail, shipping isn't made, online ordering system is confusing and unreliable, and insurance billing actually required that I take notes on how their system works so i could explain the process to each successive cashier. If it's at all possible, go anywhere else.

Worst pharmacy in the Bay Area, maybe even in California. Expect long lines, Always a problem with the prescription, either they can't find it or the system is down or they just forgot to fill it. I gave a single star because the staff is pleasant.

Complaint of pharmacist misconduct or prescription error is submitted and received by the California State Board of Pharmacy.When the Wallgreens in Los Gatos makes elderly people wait for hours and they do not say a word, when the Wallgreens pharmacists make a young activist like me wait for an hour, refuse to give my medication even after I provided a prescription dosage document, when the Pharmacists fax the doctor to get the prescription dosage confirmation and I had to talk to the Wallgreens manager to resolve the situation and only after that they agreed to call the doctor instead of faxing like in medieval ages.
