if I could give zero stars I would. Incompetent, unresponsive and the employees do not help each other out. I saw one of the pharmacists repeatedly rolling her eyes when another employee could not find my prescription. I will not go there again and have my time wasted. i waited for over half an hour for a prescription that was filled the day before. disgraceful.

The worst pharmacy I've ever experienced in my life. Horrific customer service....too many nightmare issues to go through. Don't even bother calling them. You will sit on hold for 30 minutes and then be hung up on...it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Went there for passport photos. Waited 15 minutes for anyone to turn up to help. They couldn't find the camera. Also, the printer was in pieces. There's junk everywhere, just a completely disorganized mess.

Pharmacy: while nightmarish service is endemic to Walgreens pharmacies, this location may possibly be the poster child. Perhaps the most illustrative example: Recently I rushed to the pharmacy to get medication that had to be taken THAT DAY to reduce the possibility of long-term Covid and minimize the symptoms. I made it a little ahead of the pharmacy's 9PM closing time. The metal roll-downs were already covering the service windows although I could hear people inside. So I knocked ... twice ... no response. Then a woman who self-identified as the store manager asked what I needed. I explained. She replied the pharmacy closed at 9PM. So i showed her that the time was only just that at moment 9PM so she could see that the already-closed pharmacy was ahead it's advertised hours and added that we could both still hear the staff inside. The manager said I should consider transferring the Rx to a 24-hour location. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and many prior experiences at that pharmacy. She respondef "customer satisfaction isn't really our priority". FWIW, after 90 minutes on hold for the 24-hour pharmacy trying to transfer the Rx, nobody ever picked up. When I drove to the location I went to the drive-thru service window. The man working inside saw me pull up and, rather than speak to me, very hurriedly put up a sign in the service window that the (24-hr) pharmacy was closed with no information on re-opening time. A few moments later the lights went out. I sat outside and waited about 3 hours before I gave up.This pharmacy has me perpetually standing in long lines, prescriptions aren't ready when indicated, medications aren't in stock, automated refills fail, shipping isn't made, online ordering system is confusing and unreliable, and insurance billing actually required that I take notes on how their system works so i could explain the process to each successive cashier. If it's at all possible, go anywhere else.

Went to pick my medicine up and she said I wasn’t in the system when I was in the system… and I called my doctor to resend it over to this Walgreens and right after I did that she snapped at me and said to come back after a hour and I just told her I would gladly wait for in the waiting seats, it was metformin I was picking up, then the next guy got offered a text message update for his prescription I didn’t get offered that, after 20 + minutes they said they found me (another lady pharmacist who was very nice and saw how the other lady was treating me oddly enough she came over saw the system was just wrong address but was confused how she couldn’t find it.) but overall the staff there were very unpleasant when I even purchased my items they carelessly tossed it back to my side and one of my tubes flew off the counter… just very stressful environment and I can tell there is not a lot of professional people behind the counter. For being in Los Gatos this place definitely wasn’t pleasant and I wasn’t impressed… to be frank the only thing that really had me upset was having to lousy say my entire address and apartment unit so everyone behind me could hear where I live, when I already written down on a paper the address and she had it in her bin? So it was all very not confidential. Just a unprofessional environment

Complaint of pharmacist misconduct or prescription error is submitted and received by the California State Board of Pharmacy.When the Wallgreens in Los Gatos makes elderly people wait for hours and they do not say a word, when the Wallgreens pharmacists make a young activist like me wait for an hour, refuse to give my medication even after I provided a prescription dosage document, when the Pharmacists fax the doctor to get the prescription dosage confirmation and I had to talk to the Wallgreens manager to resolve the situation and only after that they agreed to call the doctor instead of faxing like in medieval ages. The worst. Always understaffed. Always a line at the pharmacy...unless you get here after 10pm. And even then there are no guarantees that your prescription will be ready! Miserable customer experience. Go to Pharmaca. Sooooo much better. It's now 2023 and the pharmacy is still The Worst.

This review is about Walgreens' customer website - where you log in, sign clearances, etc. Also their text messages for updates re. prescriptions. Were they made by somebody's high school student as a school project? The information is wrong as often as it's right, the pay module takes your money but doesn't work, and the pre-screening fails each time. Don't waste your time on their electronics if you have any way to deal with them by phone or in person.

This is the worst run pharmacy I have ever been too. The woman who is always there that takes prescription pick ups is unusually unhappy, and rude to customers. She is not pleasant to interact with and has no sense of urgency. The line is always long and moves slow. I will be going to the CVS across town who manages to be much more efficient and greets customers with a smile. Whoever is the district manager of this store really needs to pay attention to the many terrible reviews of this Walgreens location. Seriously.

I was inspired to write this Yelp review of my local Walgreens because of Jeff, the employee I interacted with in the Photo department. It was very busy in the store since today is Christmas Eve and many others (myself included) were doing last minute gift shopping. Despite the volume of customers, I received the best customer service from Jeff. Not only did he have my Photos prepared for me in less than 1 hour, but he also took the time to search for a Picture Frame so that I would have the right size frame for the prints I'd ordered!!! So clutch!! His coworker Jose took over while Jeff was searching the BACK-STOCK for a frame for me. Great teamwork, guys! They were both festively dressed, and in jolly spirits. I had a great experience with the Walgreens photo department at this store. In general, this is my go-to Walgreens store and I've been coming here for 10+ years. They have a good selection of inventory and kind, helpful employees.
