Love this store but it's Permanently closed! I went yesterday and there's a sign on the entrance "permanently closed" and the racks are empty.

The worst customer services representative...rude and very unhelpful at there headquarter... totally disrespectful individual at the customer service there don't know what doing...unwilling to help the customer.
