A wonderful coffee bar next to serene, calm-water Lake Tahoe that also sells amazing bear claws and other pastries. Paradise.

This Whole Foods has a smaller and awkwardly designed parking lot that can get crowded. The inside is also very narrow along the aisles and they tried to put everything in a smaller building. So it can get crowded and difficult to get around. However, they do have very nice and hard working staff. I try to go when it's not busy and it's usually fine.

I shop here all the time but the customer service at the meat counter is sporadic. The other day I went up and ordered something and the guy didn't say a word from start to finish. Stood there for my order, put it on the counter and walked away. A friend who was in there at the time told me that they are all overworked and understaffed. Really? Amazon can't afford to staff their stores properly? I will continue to buy my meat at Lunardis which is a wonderful relief from this atmosphere. I only go to WF for their rotisserie chicken and produce.

People working in that location are totally terrible and worst customer service i have ever experienced. Especially a guy at the pizza & sandwich station is totally idiot and have psychological problems. Dont even try to go there.

I often shop Whole Foods in Los Gatos about 10:00am during the week. Their shelves have been so empty since the pandemic started. They don't have the produce specials specifically advertised for the LG store and frozen kale and veggies are always out. Same with no salt kettle chips. I know we're in a pandemic, but Trader Joe's and the other Whole Foods are able to stock their shelves. I'm done with LG.

This morning, about 1/3 of the staff had their masks falling below their noses, and they were constantly touching their masks. The meat counter guy's mask was under his nose, and same with the juice bar people's.Get with the Covid program, Whole Foods. Everyone knows that masks need to cover the nose and mouth, and that they shouldn't be touched. This is for customer safety.

Pretty nice customer service. It's only 4 stars because the past couple times I've come here the store looks incredibly NOT well stocked and a bit of a mess.

On several occasions I shopped here, I found the employees at the checkout counter are constantly talking to one another. Sadly this is how COVID will linger for a long time, masked or no masks. I understand that there's some quarantine fatigue but absolute precaution is needed at all time.

I went to this Whole Foods to get some groceries, the store was pretty small but it has the essentials that a grocery store could offer. The check out line was confusing because social distancing wasn't being observed. At the check stand the cashier was being rude to the lady in front of me and she actually asked the lady if she needed a bag in a pissed off manner. While she was tossing the lady's grocery I was reading their sign about having to wait for the cashier to sanitize the surface before we can go up to the counter where I will put my groceries . Not only she didn't sanitize or pretend to sanitize the surface but she also didn't even say anything but instead the kept on gesturing with her hand ( while staring me down ) that I should come approach her. What a horrible costumer service . So I told her I was waiting for her to sanitize her counter but instead she babbled things that I didn't understand to the person bagging the groceries , I looked at her name tag and her name is Kate. Had I not stared at her, she would have kept tossing and banging my groceries. I am hoping that Whole Foods Los Gatos ; the management doesn't punish her but instead train her to SANITIZE where she works at to protect herself and others around her. And teach her to how be POLITE TO PEOPLE.

I've shopped at many WF over the years, and this one is poor. Even pre-Amazon, it was mediocre. Since Amazon, I think the place has lost lost its soul -- and the employees are not well treated. I have had a recurring problem with finding stuff on the shelves that is way beyond sell dates -- usually milk and yogurts. It happens so often, I've trained myself to look. But last week, on July 24, I went in and hurried around and just grabbed stuff because I don't want to be in there any longer than necessary during the pandemic. I took some expensive meat from the refrigerated section and off I go to use it for dinner. Once I'm home and unpacked, I notice that the meat that I bought on 7/24/20 was marked use by 6/3/20. That's not cool. Buyer beware.

Whole Foods charges me $30.00 a pound to dispose of their Seafood waste. Have a look at the salmon skin wrapped up with my lox this morning.Sorry, I cannot pay you for your waste too.

I've been to other Whole Foods in the bay area; this one has a smoking problem even though Whole Foods claims they are a no smoking zone. There are smokers in front of the store, in the outside seating area (before COVID), and in the underground parking area.

The reviews are true! This is probably the smallest Whole Foods I've ever been to, and the isles are a bit on the thin side which is something you kind of don't want to deal with during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff were friendly enough and they had most of what we were looking for, but we were missing some key things that we normally get from our local Whole Foods. We wanted to try a new location and the drive to Los Gatos was beyond smooth. Overall, not bad, but a bit more of a limited selection and a bit on the smaller side overall.

Well, I know many of you are in this boat right now, but honestly I have spent 2 full days trying to find any window at any time for delivery or curb pick up. I would love to go shopping but our " hunker down unit " is in a poor category for going out. Very disappointed.

Let me preface by saying i have never wrote a comment on Yelp. I typically use it to check the reviews of restaurants like most people. I don't often go to this location but I went into this Whole Foods since i was on the way home. My usual Whole Foods is Campbell. I was at the Los Gatos location there last weekend and with the current climate any supermarket is "hectic" to say the least. Customers being angry looking for toilet paper or hand sanitizer. Your cashier Sally was very professional and pleasant. I bought a pie (excellent) by the way and some cold cuts. Sally was very friendly with everyone and was friendly when she rang me up. Based on her attitude i will start shopping at this location as my go to.
