“Rented for a few years from Bay Osos and had a positive experience. Anything needing to be repaired was always done quickly. We had a few unique situations that they worked with us on as well. The move out was pretty seamless and they really do try to ensure you get your full deposit back (as long as you cared for the property). I would recommend them as property manages for sure. One thing to note, their one year leases roll into a new one year lease every year. Can be a good thing for locking in a rental price and knowing you for sure have a place to stay for a year. Can be tricky if you need to find a new place. Helpful to know since most other property managers in the area go to a month to month lease after the first year.”
