today Aug 28th around 11:00 pm. i had to print something . send them email she said i have to wait. cuz she was hugging and laughing with other employee. she was keep walking back and forth in office. folding towels ignored me for 40 minutes and i walk out .

Disgusting!!! The fuel area for professional truck drivers is beyond clean and safe! There has been so much leaking fuel that tires are coved by the time a truck leaves and makes it onto the street. Wait till the EPA hears about and see this place!

Dennis refused to give me a shower so I can start waiting in line until I was parked which is a rule he made up on the spot to deny service in the my lifetime ive never been denied service like that at any loves the showers were not even available

If you have Verizon, you are sol for 5g... in fact you barely get 4g...
Update 2 min later.... seems you have to go airplane mode/restart to get the near by tower... for some reason my S25 does it automatically when it feels like it...

What kind of Loves allows a truck driver to park in a fuel island and go take a shower?? My husband spent 1hour waiting for a driver to move his truck. He even went into the store and tried to speak to the manager who acted like my husband was interfering with his day.
This happened July 1st. So be aware drivers if you fuel here you may have to wait for a driver to finish a shower before you get your fuel

Unable to pay at pump, bathroom is dirty and attached restaurant is not 24/7. Usually Loves are nice, disappointed this stop.

Perfect pit Stop except I downloaded the app so I can get a discount on gas and what have you and it didn't work.

Pumps weren’t taking payment. Had to wait to pay inside then the pump took 10 minutes to dispense $3 of gas. I wasted 20 minutes on a long drive here, don’t bother. Go to Valero next door

Very busy location, small truck parking. Store some what clean, lots of food options. Rock gardens so not much to walk the dogs besides the park. Shower was small but nice and clean, and hot.

*Edit 4/29/2025* It was really nice to pull in this afternoon and see the pavement around fuel islands has been repaired. It was even better to see someone out there actively cleaning the fuel islands.
If you can choose to fuel elsewhere... do it! The pumps leak fuel down the hoses. My gloves end up soaked in fuel every time. If you say anything to the employees, they brush you off. The pavement in the fuel islands needs to be redone. The windshield washer poles need to be fixed or replaced. The trash cans are always overflowing. The facilities inside are just as disgusting.
