This office has the worst carriers. I've had a mailbox for 10 years and they still occasionally return my mail because they say the address doesn't exist. I get notifications on whats on its way and still don't receive it half the time. I've had a lot of important mail not make it lately. Either get your carriers glasses or make them take a sobriety test!

As mediocre as one would expect.
Just picked up a Priority Mail package that has been sitting there for a week, when I have been in there every day since it arrived.
Some days they are okay.

The heavy long haired individual who works behind the counter thinks she is someone important. She makes picking up a package which should have been delivered, a real inconvenience. Haven't had an issue for almost 30years until now.

Just bad work ethic sent package back without even checking if name on address had a corresponding p.o box, also don't set out ups and FedEx packages till next day even know they arrive at 9a the previous day.

The mail carrier has decided he will not deliver mail or packages to my house since I have not filled out Form 4232, which is a VOLUNTARY form. He reports he's delivering the mail (which he has not) and has come up with various reasons to return my packages, including "Addressee unknown" (BTW - I know who I am.) My neighbors have witnessed his actions, and I also have video. However, his immediate supervisor is still allowing this. I contacted the Postmaster, who assured me I wouldn't have any more problems with him. That's when my mail completely stopped.Checks, medications, bills, etc are all being returned and nobody seems to give a damn. Personally, this carrier has shown such inappropriate behaviors that I'm now in fear of what he may do. He knows where I live. I'm age 69, 5'3" and about 130lbs. My cousin, who also lives here is age 58 and has suffered from MS for 30+ years. This is NOT how I planned on spending my final years.BTW - I've lived at the same place for more than 32 years, and he's been delivering my mail for about 4-5 years, but now he doesn't know I live here? Disgraceful.

Postage-paid mail sent to an address in Lower Lake has disappeared. Clerk at the PO became very defensive when asked about missing mail and shreiked, "Well, I didn't throw it out!"

Pretty much the worst service here. Also even if your package is 10 miles away it still takes 2 days minimum because they send all stuff to Petaluma before sending it back? Use UPS or FedEx it will get there quicker and cheaper. Don’t believe me look it up. You’re doing a disservice to yourself going here.

These people do a horrible job when i want there to pick my mail on Saturday i had a package in my box so i had to knock the door and when i did the lady that was working yelled to me vary rudely I'll be there in a minute. There always putting other peoples mail in my box .The worker's there are lazy rude and completely Incompetent at doing there job. By far the worst postal service in lake county.
