I definitely do not feel safe or comfortable getting my mail here. I will be canceling my PO Box here.
Today I opened a locker and due to it being heavy and I am pregnant, I set my items down on the counter and went to open my second locker. I tried being quick about it to close the other locker, but was moving slower just due to waking up.
Another customer decided to start an argument with me due to the locker being open, and she threw my mail off of the counter. I notified staff and they didn't seem to care and tried to justify her being rude. Extremely horrible experience.

Missed several mails and packages due to negligence of USPS delivery person. The explanation was given to me today was as follows: whenever I have cars parked in front of my mailbox (State Hwy 20) he won’t deliver any mails/packages since he won’t get off from his car. What a ridiculous statement is that. It is public road I can’t prohibit people from parking there. I have important mails got lost and despite the fact that I rented mailbox still not able to receive mails and packages properly. If this trend will continue I have no choice other than sue USPS Lucerne branch with all respect of public workers.

The manger Serena is lazy and super argumentative she doesn't hold her mail carriers accountable for being lazy as well. Horrible business etiquette and they should close this post office they have no idea what they are doing

This post office is the only reason I want to move out of Lucerne, it’s the worst. Anything shipped through UPS is sent back to sender, even though it is labeled exactly how the postmaster wants it. My opinion is they are breaking their fiduciary duty when they don’t deliver your mail and send it back.

Thank you to the girl that was putting stuff out this morning. Uou went above and beyond when I asked if there was a possibility that my package was there. You could have told me I needed to wait. But instead you went and found my package and put it out for me to get. Thank you so much for being so kind.

This post office is really bad. They have several large parcel boxes in the front but would rather send your item's back than use them. They are all usually empty, I'm not sure what the purpose of them are then. They close super early. I commute to work and do not get off early enough to stop by and get my package. I informed them of that but yet they keep putting a yellow slip in my box. Why can't they use the large boxes in the front? I asked them and they didn't really have an answer. I also don't appreciate them closing my box because I didn't check my mail in a while. I don't know what the deal is but this is the worst post office I have ever been to.

Nice little rural post office, very helpful happy employees. No crowds or lines. Super helpful when I was having trouble getting mail after a move.

Was fine years ago under old management. New crew loses packages, misplaces slips/mail in wrong boxes CONSTANTLY, can't find anything that says it's delivered, and the ladies there have some of the worst attitudes even when kind to them. Entire place seems to run on hangovers and depression. Having to deal with tweakers is no excuse to give up on your job (which pays very well for the area). There are still business owners in town trying to do good and get absolutely held back by this place's incompetence and negativity.Advice to locals: get a PO Box anywhere besides here. They don't want you to come in anyways. Miserable trash.
