I placed a call. She ask me my name and she ask why did I call. I wanted to know what kind of clients she had and she hung up. Who does this? Rude beyond description.

I had been a loyal customer for a long time. Abby was my go-to person when it came to dyeing my hair. Unfortunately, she did a terrible job on me when I asked her to dye it lighter. I told her I was unhappy with my hair color and she accused me of wasting her time and saying "you just wanted to see what it looked like on you huh? You didn't really want to keep the hair color". Is that how you talk to a loyal customer? The hair color she did on me made me look bald. I would NEVER recommend this place. What should take 2 hours normally takes 4-5 with her because she takes any customer that walks in without any consideration for you. Avoid this place. You pay for what you get and you will not get a good outcome here. AVOID.
