Is this branch still open? I'm seeing a different business on google view and need to find a branch to process a cashier's check tomorrow and want to make sure you are open before I drive the 5 hours (it might only be 35 minutes but with traffic these days you never know!).

I hate this bank. Not just the location but the entire institution is super trash. Most unhelpful and unmotivated staff in the world. The worst banking system any bank has to offer... You want to not have your deposits clear... Use this bank. You want to be overdrawn because they don't clear deposits from their mobile app.. Which BTW is TRASH too... Zelle is always down, this feature isn't working at this time... Yea put your money in this place, moron.

Just used the atm after hours to deposit and you just have to insert your card on the little slot next to the door. Thought it wasn’t gonna work at first but it turned green and let me in to use the atm.

I am glad they opened in CA the Branch is not big but the people is very nice and there is no wait not that busy. PNC Bank delivers a top-notch banking experience. This branch location isn't in a great location and didn't seem to have any management personnel on site when I visited. I drove 40 minutes here so I could close a an old account from years ago that I opened under a totally different institution that had since been bought out by BBVA and then merged into PNC bank.I came here and explained the situation. Told them clearly I wanted to close any account they had under my name. I was given back my 46 cents in my PNC account and the teller told me my accounts are now closed and I would receive confirmation in the mail.I still get statements in the mail. Phone support wants me to go back in to "close" the account, and that's if and when they actually take the call and don't hang up after a 30 minute hold.Stay far away.

Worse bank ever especially for Black men. They practice discrimination, played the suspicious role of my company paying multiple contractors, these people are trained to discriminate against Black males. They froze $15000 then rescinded a $4000 line of credit, closed my account all in the same day. Refuse to give me my statements to this day.

Claudia Chotto was phenomenal!I was a BBVA customer that was absorbed into PNC and I was having trouble navigating the changes. Ms.Chotto met me in-person and was warm and very helpful with all of my questions. Ultimately PNC wasn't competitive enough for me to stay with them, anyone above the local branch level was dismissive or unhelpful. If you need help, schedule an in-person appointment instead of playing telephone tag with the larger offices.

PNC is one of the largest investment banks in the world and this location doesn’t represent that at all I’m understanding about the transfer from BBVA to PNC but this location has always been a bank along with its employees so I’m expecting a higher level of banking experience from them, said no my problem did not get solved

Not sure why it's saying I'm in Arlington, but I'm LA based.... PNC took over BBVA and everything was supposed to be finished rolling over today. I tried to log in and nothing was working well. Their phones are down for their main customer support line, but I was able to get through to this branch, which is the only one anywhere close to me here in California. While it took a while, I spoke to Natalie and she was able to get me logged into the account and get me access. While the whole situation gets as few stars as I can give it, Natalie deserves 5+

Love this Bank. Love this Branch. I have been banking here for almost two years. I opened my personal account in the Branch and do list of my banking, including check deposits) online or via the mobile app. The staff is always courteous. Whenever I have found a discrepancy on my statements, I just call the customer service numbers and the issue is resolved. I am headed there next week to open up my business account. I have tried to "top-rated" online business banks. Both left me dissatisfied. So I am going back to the Bank that I can trust and has won my loyalty hands down. I have seen the negative reviews and I don't want to discount their experience but usually the negative experiences I have witnessed are by those that are in a hurry, upset because the teller will not perform a task against the bank's policies and procedures, upset because there is a hold on a check, or just having a bad day and want to share the pain. Lol. I worked in banking previously. Although, I did not work in the Branch, I visited the Branch daily and no that their compliance policies were just as numerous and sometimes inconvenient as my department. The BBVA is now part of PNC. I hope to experience the same level of service I have come to appreciate over the last 21 months.
