“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“The service of Enterprise Car Rental far surpasses their competitors. They do cost more but it is worth it for the quality vehicles and the personalized service. I used a different company recently on a trip and it was a disaster. A national brand that rented a car to me with two nails in one of the tires and when I called Hertz (who also own Dollar and Thrifty) roadside assistance, they told me I should go put a tire on the car because if I bring it back with the nails in it, they would bill me for it. Stay with Enterprise. You are paying for piece of mind.”

“Thank you to Stella who saved the day. She really turned our trip around. The day before we had a reservation at a different location. We waited in line for over an hour to find out they did not have our vehicle, they tried to uncharge us for the vehicle they did have on lot for approximately $800 so we sadly walked away with no rental. We booked the very next day at the 2165 Long Beach Boulevard location and though it was a last minute reservation and their lot not too full, Stella was able to help us out and got us in a vehicle less than 20 mins. We really appreciate her professionalism and her great customer service in salvaging our trip.”
