These guys are miracle workers, I highly recommend filing your taxes and using them for personal or business. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Honestly, I don't know if this lady was willing to help me or not. I came to her office off of a recommendation and I was disappointed by not only the office but the person that recommended me as well. It was my first time filing without being claimed and instead of helping me understand what was going on with my taxes they pretty much left me hanging. I waited outside the home/business for almost 2 hours. They communicated with me maybe 3 times throughout the time I was there. This was about 2-3 months ago and I just got a letter talking about my form keeps getting rejected like I'm supposed to know what's going on. These people didn't help me at all whether learning about taxes or doing my taxes. I bet turbo tax would've provided better customer service. This place overall sucked and I would never go back.

I am glad I went with Liberty and her family. They helped me so much with my 2019 taxes and even had a zoom conference late at night (at my convenience) to get it done. Great service at a great price. I am so glad my friends referred me and now I'll be doing the same! They're also really nice and honest, which is makes it easy on me during stressful tax seasons

This place is really a gem! First year coming here after my friends told me to go to Liberty. At first I didn't know if I had the right place or not cause it's hidden in a house (very unassuming). I sat down with Liberty for consultation but she had another preparer do my return. I had to wait for a while but nonetheless they made up for it with good service. My preparer (I forgot his name) also even came out to offer me snacks while I waited. Doing my taxes, my preparer explained everything thoroughly and went over every number. He made it simple for me to understand and gave me a specific list of things to do for next year. The price was reasonable (for sure way lower than the average). It's hard to find a good preparer and I like that they treat you family. You will definitely see me next year! ?

Always had good experience here. Ive been with this family since i started working at 16 years old! My accountant is the best! He knows what to do and their system is so organized. I have all my files and history in their computer desktop.... I wont give out my accountants name cuz I dont want to share. My husband and his mom now comes here... My mom and stepdad also comes here

I was always having a problem understanding my taxes so came here desperate to see as to why. I forgot the name of the preparer but I know liberty is the big boss lady. They explained everything well and helped me understand how all the numbers tied together. I listened to one of the preparers advice about 401k last year and this year had good results. A co-worker recommended me to Liberty after my old tax preparer stopped answering my messages regarding his mistake on my taxes. Came here for the first time for my amendment and was surprised how busy it was off tax season. There was a short wait, but the work and service is superb. Liberty is so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Great service and she didn't even charge me! I will definitely be coming back next tax season!
