I recently visited the Metro store to transfer my line from my old phone to a used iPhone I purchased. Yesterday, I went around 12 p.m., and a representative told me the phone was SIM-locked, so I went home and unlocked it myself. She also mentioned that the cost to transfer my line to the used phone would be $25.
Today, I returned around 6:30 p.m. to transfer my line, and different representatives told me the service would now cost $35. Feeling frustrated, I went to another nearby Metro location where they confirmed the correct price was $25.
This inconsistency in pricing felt like an attempt to overcharge me. The representatives I encountered on my second visit had poor customer service and seemed to be scamming customers. I strongly advise against visiting this location. Customer service should be consistent and fair."

I went to make a claim for a service that overcharged me and the brake woman yelled at me and told me to do it as you want. Finally, I am the owner. What a shame that they don't do their job well and then act offended. Be careful they make charges without authorization

Best Metro by T-Mobile I have ever been to. The store is very nice and clean, and great customer service. They had the phone I was looking that no other store had. I was helped by two very nice ladies Estephanie and Rachel.
