Over heard a worker get a attitude with an elder person and I had to step in and defend him. I couldn't stand the way she was talking to him just because he asked when would he be called because he has been here for an hour. Her response was rudely loud and embarrassing. I step in and ask him what time was his appointment he responded at 12pm I told him he should be next because the walk ins get in once all the appointment are handled. He responded with a thank you. With that being said there customer service is horrible ?.

Staff is very rude, didn’t do both tests that had to be done on me, the female that was assigned to me was very disrespectful when I told her it was two tests that I went in for, she then replied “oh well just schedule another appointment” and walked away..

I usually have a great quick visit as I am a regular client this time the phlabotomist that took care of me was kind of rude I will say she did good job the blood draw was painless it was the encounter that was awkward

This office offers POOR customer service. Walk ins are NOT welcomed. Without an appointment, you can be there ALL DAY and they will NOT take you in. It takes at least an ENTIRE week to schedule your appointment, while other offices are available for NEXT day.
My experience: I had come in for my two daughter's blood work (requested by pedritician) with a scheduled appointment. I also took my baby with me. Unfortunately, my daughter's did not fast for the procedure (pedritician had not made this clear). I was told to re-schedule for another date ( keep in mind I had already waited at least a week for this appt). I requested to speak to manager and spoke to DORA. She was of NO HELP. I asked if there was a way for my daughters to be seen tomorrow, but she made it CLEAR walkins are NOT guaranteed a spot and wait time can be LONG. I'd have to wait another week to re-schedule, when other offices are available for the following day. Why is this happening to only the LYNWOOD QUEST DIAGNOSTIC OFFICE?

Went in with appointment last week power was out there was no electricity the workers had everyone leave rescheduled my appointment and LAST MINUTE THEY DONT TAKE MY INSURANCE THIS IS ABSURD BECAUSE IVE COME HERE PREVIOUS TIMES AND IVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY INSURANCE MEDICAL I was not serviced on both of my appointment dates
