Would give no stars. So you walk in to speak to a tablet theres nobody to help you. After you figure out how to sign in you sit there for hours theres no guarantee the place is going to see you. Horrible place looks like the owners dont care either. Zero stars

With appointment ????without appointment ????too much waiting time people who are there from 7:15 and until 11:50 passed them before, 2 with appointment and 2 without appointment passed now those who do not have an appointment stay last ?? I'm sorry for the elderly who are here without an appointment and fasting ?

I rather call and make an appointment with a human being instead of a machine the Inglewood site is horrible they keep cancelling me out the last minute. The Lynnwood site seems to be ok so far, only been there twice

They're always quick to take care of me. I don't give it a 5 star because some of the staff seem so unpleasant to be there and work but I love that I can schedule online and take me in as soon as I get there.

I don't know why this place has 2.5 stars. I have came here many times for years. The staff are very nice and if you have any questions they gladly help.I suggest you book your appointment if you want ou fast.

Just want it to write a review about the Phlebotomist in this facility. I totally understand you see people by appointment and walk in. However the attitude of staff is horrible, not welcoming at all. There was several disabled individuals who couldn’t bear the noise of children crying and yelling. I approached one of the tech and basically ignored me. She didn’t care of the patient been overwhelmed of her surroundings. I’m in the medical field and we need to take care of those people of special needs at once. That’s what patient care is all about accommodating them 1st every single time. Staff should have some empathy and self conscious regarding this group of individuals who truly need our help & support. I’ve also witnessed a lab tech talking to a patient in a very loud rude tone, that’s disrespectful. We need staff to be willing to be there for our patients.This happened at Quest Diagnostics in Lynwood lab.09-12-2023P.S. immediate in-service for staff.

I hate all quests diagnostics! They are all the same. They should have at least one worker at each place taking walkins... and drawing blood doesn't take as long as they take. I wish they were more options in getting blood work done! Or make it like before where you got blood work done at the clinics. Phlebotomy wasn't a career because medical assistants did it all!!!! I wish I could just avoid all quest diagnostics!

This place is horrible! Believe the bad reviews. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, and they treat their elderly patients very poorly. When I was there, I witnessed the staff belittle thier elderly patients for not being tech savvy. Also, speaking to another elderly patient who gets her labs drawn at this location, I was made aware that this horrible treatment is the norm at this location. When I asked patients why they don't complain they said that the manager is even worse in bad attitude and always place the blame back on patients and tell them what they did wrong instead of taking a second to assess their staff find the flaws and correct them. Another patient started that the last time he complained, the staff retaliated by making him come back several times, and every time, they would tell him they simply didn't receive his prior authorization. This location needs a lot of improvement or simply just get all new staff, including the manager, who protects and encourages this foul behavior.

Worst place ever .. the staff very rude with the people, heard the front desk lady get upset with a client just because she didn't know how to used the check in tablet . Like what are you here for then ??? They don't help .. I hope this gets to a supervisor or the health department someone needs to fire this people that work here unprofessional..

This was the worst experience! Nobody mentioned there were no negros allowed location. The all female, Hispanic staff were so fuc**** rude!. An appointment to drop off? What if the specimen was unexpected, I have to store it until the appointment. I trashed my samples. I've never felt so alienated. They said we doing a courtesy by accepting your sample today, wtf! Maybe if I was Hispanic it would have been a better experience. Please chose an alternate location friends.

Super fast with an appointment. If you don't make an appointment you will absolutely wait. Better to go online and schedule it. Had appointment at 1pm and was in the room at 1:10 and left by 1:20. Some people who had no appointment were commenting on how long they were waiting while those of us with appointments were leaving super quick.

Staff- excellent, knowledgeable with their job, expertise , respectful, polite , especially the one who did my lab work. But most importantly the place is well managed, spic & span. Thank you & God Bless.
