When I went into the rent a center to see what happened with my agreement after spending the 1$ for the promo and being told multiple times for multiple days that my bicycle was on the way to that store and would be delivered within hrs, each time I called I was given excuse after excuse as to where my delivery was but I finally went into the store and then was told, after ample calls to the rent a center and excuses given to me by managers and other employees, that for whatever reason which they would not disclose, my agreement did not go through.

This store and it's manager are really something else. The worst service ever and soldUs a "new" refrigerator that gave out 2 months after using it. They keep dodging our calls to get a replacement and then they send their tech to fix it and he couldn't find anything wrong with it but attempted to fix WhT he thought was the problem. It worked for two days and it didn't work again after that. We keep waisting our money on a fridge that doesn't freeze and the fridge doesnt keep our food cold enough not to spoil. Money wasted on food. We keep calling and the manager is never there. How convenient. It is a frustrating situation and lm honestly about to call corporate and file a claim. They keep taking my money and won't replace it. Taking advantage of hardWorking people. This is the worst experience ever. Do not rent from this place. They'll just j*** you around if your appliances break down. Been dealing with this for months. I hope the manager reads this and I don't wanna say his name him, but serious, DO BETTER! Your customer service is awful. You're there to help your customers not dodge them and keepAsking for the payments on broke down appliances.

This place should be called rent a garbage because everything on display is nice and new but when they deliver your purchase it's just garbage and not at all what you were expecting we once went for a reclining chair and it was awesome but when I got it delivered it was a completely different feeling of discomfort upon sitting on it the electrical wire Was chewed up and had exposed wiring this place is garbage they only play games and think everybody is stupid

This place is by far the most sleezy and unprofessional I have ever dealt with. The manager Erik is so inconsiderate and incompetent. Whatever you do..do not ever give them your personal banking information over the phone. They will keep it and use it at their leisure without your permission. And then act like they have no clue what's going on not realizing the payment records on your bank account. The managers response to me asking how they charged my acct without my info " did the payment go through?"..that's not the point! The point is they kept my information. They will then ask you again to make a payment right then. Why would you ever make another payment knowing they keep your information. I will be moving forward with an attorney to sue this location. Attempted to contact customer service who forwarded me to the district manager who leaves messages with no call back number or contact info to get back in touch with him. So if you miss his call you are SOL. Who runs a business like this??
