I went in to the store today to buy some shampoo and as always wanted to buy some ice cream and the guy said the ice cream hours were over which I have never heard of me and my husband always go at different hours and they always serve us ice cream but this guy refused. I am pregnant so I did leave disappointed I was really craving thrifty ice cream.

Was out of town and needed a phone charger. The store was clean and had several sale items in addition to what I needed. The associate was helpful and knowledgeable for the item I required. From this positive experience I will definitely remember to visit my local Rite Aid when I get home.

I've been with your pharmacy for over 18 years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. The new pharmacist and staff you have working there are incompetent a. They are not friendly and helpful the way all the other staff has been over the years. Also it is ridiculous how long you have to wait in line ,when there's only one person in front of you. I swear it's like being at the DMV trying to pick up medicine

I have no idea why they replaced the pharmacy checkout people with a girl who doesn’t know how to translate and looks mad all the time. She doesn’t want to be there. The Asian pharmacist also giggled at the struggles of translating. Really weird.

Waiting in line for 30 min for ice cream cashier walk over help the guy in front of me and then walk away after she was done helping him then I was told to go to the other line and pay for the ice cream then i was gonna get it it took me one hour just to get a single scoop
