The worst experience ever!!!! I made a reservation online, and I go up to the store. I tell them I have a reservation. First thing the representative says is you have to scan a QR code and download an app and everything has to be done on your phone. We cant do anything on our end its all through the phone. So then I have to spend time downloading an app that I'll most likely never use again. I allow all permissions, but then it still does not work. 15 minutes spent just trying to get the app to recognize my location. The representative had me restarting my phone, using the browser website, allowing multiple permissions to access my phone, just to access a vehicle that I already reserved online. Eventually, after a long battle, it finally recognized my location. Then, after more time of having to take a selfie, a picture of my id, fix my information, I also had to wait for verification. By that time, I was fed up with the lack of real customer service. I ended up just canceling the reservation. I spent damn near 40 minutes trying to access something i already reserved online, when your staff could have easily checked me out in 10min or less. What if I didn't come with a phone. What if I just printed out my reservation confirmation. What if my phone died. What if I have a cheap ass phone with crappy data. Does that mean I won't be able to rent my reserved vehicle. Uhaul, everyone is not tech savvy. Why you make it so hard when it don't even have to be. It should be an option for one of your employees to assist if we don't want to go through the phone process.

I originally reserved my rental at the Atlantic Blvd site in Lynwood. The manager there was very rude and disrespectful and entered into a cussing competition with me. She cancelled my reservation and then red flagged me from renting at any other uhaul until I called the e-alert team and MSO to remove the flag from my name. Needless to say I hope Myra from Lynwood gets fired. I have her on video

called to ask question And got a very rude employee who had no customer service skills. Very disrespectful and kept cutting me off when talking. Never seen anything like this. Would never use this location. Terrible service

I called the location and customer service answered because no one at the location was able to answer the phone themselves. Mohamed at customer service was great. Very helpful and tried to transfer me over to the right location but whoever he transferred me to at this location had a shitty attitude and clearly does not like her job. Uhaul needs training on how to speak to clients

My fiancé and I would love to thank the entire staff at this location, we recently became customers at this storage and the hospitality had been phenomenal . We truly feel our personal belongings are in great care. We can't thank them enough for their help and friendly environment. THANK YOU LYNWOOD U-HUAL!!!!!!!!

Uhh, all I can say is that the people of Lynwood U-Haul are inept. When you call, expect half hour hold time. When you're on hold after half hour, expect them to never get back to you; you have to call back. When you speak to them, expect to hear F-bombs being thrown around in the background. When conveying information, expect to repeat it since they don't pay attention the first time. And most importantly, when they mess up, never expect an apology... instead, expect a "you're welcome". Wow... lol I never went there but apparently, my phone number was mistaken by an actual customer's. I kept receiving texts regarding a reservation I never made. Either they inputted it into their system wrong or the customer gave out wrong/illegible information. I'm guessing it's former than latter. So I called trying to clear up their mess and that's what happened. Anyways, I just needed to vent since I felt they need to step up their professionalism and not waste peoples time. I get that businesses can get busy and people make mistakes but the lack of courtesy and respect, I will not tolerate. The general manager, Mayra, should really do something about this... unless they are lead by example...

Got a trailer to move a car, I was planning on returning it on the same day so I brought back at around 6:40pm (the store closes at 7pm). I walked to the office but the doors are locked and there was one guy outside putting away the trailers so I ask him if I can go inside to return the trailer and he responds with "na we are closed, you can leave the trailer outside but we aren't responsible". So now i will be getting charged an extra day because the gentleman decided to close earlier than the store is actually supposed to close. UNBELIEVABLE!

So unnecessary to deal with bad customer service horrible customer service specially the so called manager Mayra she's so unprofessional & is so rude . She spoke to me in a way that she shouldn't have as a manager I expected more from her . I do not feel like this was fair on my end because I didn't disrespect in no form.

Made the reservation a day before for auto transport to pick up the next day.. I went the next day and they didn't have any transports and where rude and they didn't bother getting me another one locally.

The front desk ladies were professional and fast! They took care of three folks in line in under ten minutes. Got what I needed with no issues. This location has a large inventory! The drop of guys were nice and quick! Couldn't ask for more. Thank you all at Uhaul for making my move less stressful!!
