Our neighborhood Smart & Final Store has awesome customer service. Ronald(Ron) and staff are friendly and helpful always.The store is usually clean and fully stocked. I like to come by when they open at 6:00 a.m. Keep up the good work

I like coming to this place, but I bought Sauce and it had 2 maggots as soon as IOpened it they went running straight to the sauce I was disgusted… maybe it’s not the store fault maybe it’s the company that made it but still disgusting

I've never walked into a store and be screamed at by a 6ft+ guy for having a small carrying pouch for my wallet, phone, keys, etc. Then his excuse was because kids steal and it's store policy. I didn't know kids have full beards? Ruined my day. Will NEVER return there if that's the employees this smart and final is keen on hiring no thanks. DONT GO HERE unless you wanna feel disrespected and humiliated.

I arrived at the place and took a photo and a short video, both the guards and the manager or I don't know if it was the girl and they forbid me from taking photos or if they wouldn't take my cell phone I explained to them and still no.

I like that they never have 50 pound maseca and then I bought a bottle of oil and it stinked and was slimy inside in the end I didn't take it but every time I go I'm just going to waste my time because there's not what I'm looking for

This location is usually my go to location to shop in. Unfortunately I will not longer shop at this location. I had a awful experience. It was my first time attempting to use the online app system and coupons. My coupon was not going through and I had trouble using the coupon. The associate Ronald was very dismissive about my coupon. He raised his voice at me when I tried to explain the steps I took in making my account and clipping my coupons. I proceeded to pay without my coupons to avoid further confrontation and embarrassment. I hope other customers do not have to go through a humiliating experience like I did.
