My dad went to spectrum during 430pm 12/11/23, an a lady had her attitude. It was his turn and someone cut him. After my dad told the lady that he was cut by guys. She told him ,well put your name on the list again. This is so unprofessional. If you're going to be with your attitude (don't go to work) you are making the company (the ones that pay you look bad)... Good thing an other work heard the conversation an decided to help him.

I went in and out for a new router no appointment pretty quick service probably spent like 5 minutes there the woman at the cash register was quick

Terrible service, long wait time, 13th in line and the girl passes by my name and goes to the next person in which I complained and she got rude and this box exchange got a lot longer. Another girl helped me and got this issue corrected. Over an hour waiting. Then they didn't have the correct box to give me. Shame on Spectrum !!

As I sit here inside of Spectrum eagerly waiting my turn a couple walks in one of the representatives starts talking to them then in front of everyone takes them, on the norm I would not care but when it's busy you are suppose to go in order especially since the other customer service are helping other customers. FYI today was really busy and some of the customers were complaining that they have been here for 45 mins. I waited for 35 mins while she laughed and giggled with her friends. Very unprofessional. Do better spectrum

The owner and his employees are very comfortable with being understaffed and making everyone wait hours. They want the customer money, but don't hire the necessary staff to meet volume. The owner has his worn out cut-and-paste apology ready to paste on all the bad reviews.
