. Recently a postman lost a very important package, when I went to talk to the supervisor, he gave me hope, because it turns out that it was easier for the supervisor to tell me to ask for a new package, that simple.

So many employees available in the late afternoon today but only the older male was working smh. I should’ve recorded to post the video of the Female workers just talking laughing and doing nothing while the line got bigger and the male employees took care of the customers in line alone.

On my way to my evening class, I stopped by this USPS around 4:30 PM to send a package for the first time. I was second in line—nothing too busy. Since I’d never mailed a package before, I wasn’t sure what to do, but Mr. Chheng was incredibly kind and walked me through each step. He even lent me a pen, taped up my tag, and took the time to double-check my addresses—catching a mistake I hadn’t noticed and kindly fixing it. He seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the experience that much better. I’m really grateful for such a pleasant and helpful interaction!

Great staff. BUT WHY ISN’T THERE A KIOSK. THE LINE IS ALWAYS 20+ MINUTES! This place needs a major upgrade. USPS should treat all their locations fairly.

I'm so disappointed! I am supposed to receive a big package from Amazon. delivery by usp and they left a note saying you nee to pick up your package. I checked my cameras to see if they came to the house, but I didn't see anybody on the door. I already told Amazon not to send a big package with this carrier

Stopped by this Saturday at around noon and it was a decent size line. Jonathan and Norma (only 2 tellers at the time) took care of all us in timely manner as the line moved along without issues. The people at the post office do a phenomenal job with the customer service. Our local mail carrier does a great job as well. Keep up the good work USPS! ? ?

The manager of this USPS office "A woman with brown skin" treats the Amazon drivers very badly, today I made an Amazon delivery to the back of the building, and just when I had already unloaded 1 pallet, the manager and he yelled at me that I needed to move my truck from the ramp, because a USPS truck had just arrived, I only had to lower 1 more pallet to finish the delivery and I told him if he could wait until he only lowered 1 more pallet , she got angry and snatched the pallet jack out of my hands and started yelling at me like crazy to move my truck right now, in all the USPS offices the truck that arrives first unloads first, enough of this racist behavior on the part of the usps manager with the amazon drivers...

They are very helpful, no matter which ones are on duty. I’ve lived here for seven years and visit them at various hours and they are the cream of the crop, including my letter carrier. Xerox them or have them teach classes. Lynwood is lucky to have them.

Only 1 employee at front desk. Super slow service. Lobby prices posted not currently up to date. Can the community and residents of Lynwood Ca get better service.
