Worst experience in the pharmacy I scheduled a Covid test to get done I waited like about 10 minutes who ever preformed my test treated me with respect however never informed me I was getting the results in my email so I was waiting when Kasandra the cashier informed me I was getting my results on email I stood up as I couldn't hear her so she asked if I had a mask I said no than she threw one at me I understood but dam do you have to be that rude. As we were getting ready to leave she started spraying with Lysol understandable but she couldn't have waited once we were at least 40 ft away from her instead of spraying on me. Anyway the reason I am upset is she accused me of giving everyone Covid joke was her because my results came out negative. I understand at the end of the day it all falls on management because by her actions it looks like she is used to do in and getting away with I just hope she gets proper training so she can stop treating customers like animals. FYI to Kasandra you work on a pharmacy so you are exposed to viruses

Worst experience ever.. I came in for my printed documents to be ready for pick up… But when I got to my car I thought I would check them all just in case. I was missing 2 of my documents . I called the store since i had my daughters and my meats in the car and the guy who answered not only was he not helpful but unprofessional unable to solve anything, unable to reach them, or know anything of anything and in fact, thinks its best to come by another day like driving back and forth for their mistake is fine and not thinking that is gas consuming. I find this very poorly help i mean any one going through something and they cant do anything is quite unethical. Where is the professionalism and the managers to help out! Well i get back inside and the guy says “will print them out and ill be in a minute”. Time is going and comes to the point where i had to ask how much longer ill take? And then he says” we are trying but i think printer is jammed” and not only im waiting but they couldn’t one do anything and two replaced or fix my issue somehow else. These people should have this happen multiple times for them not to help me out like all i needed was a license photo ? So then lastly, he says well since we cant do anything then will just refund for those two documents . Go somewhere you can rely on documents and print outs especially if you need them asap for interviews or work related!!!!!!! I hope they see it and know how to fix this problem for futureBEING PREPARE IS KEY!!!!

Printed some documents, and the employees working a group of 4 of them started saying They didn’t have them. Making jokes. So unprofessional and rude. And kept making excuses that they don’t print documents and that it wasn’t set up but 3 min later were able to provide my documents. Asking where or how I placed the order and that they didn’t do that job when clearly I had a confirmation email and they were able to process the order. So rude and unprofessional don’t come here.

This place is horrible when you get packages sent there they never have it this happenned to me, my husband and now my daughter. They dont even put any effort in looking for the package. Very bad customer service.

Best Walgreens is at the Greenleaf location. "All" the Pharmaceutical Staff is attentive, provide above and beyond attentiveness and precision. The "Store" staff are also "always" ready to assist you with a caring attitude. I'd give it 10 if I could.

Was sick with covid for past week (using cvs drive thru lab results as my work does not accept at home tests) so I tried booking an appointment here for RAPID test. They advertised the results would be sent via email within 2 hours so I booked an appointment. Appointment was at 1245 via drive thru, followed directions and was hoping to hear back from them asap so I can go back to work. Welp it's 534pm and pharmacy close at 6pm :) please note there's not much ppl on a Sunday....yeah please don't advertise within 2 hours when it's not that time limit....thank you...

One star is too high for this location.DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE VACCINE HORRIBLE!!! Just get IT AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!Went in this morning to get my covid vaccine.the check in process was long for no reason..we weren't acknowledged while waiting, stood there for an hour and the paperwork I completed was still sitting on the counter where i left it. There was a long line, but there were 7 staff members behind the counter laughing, joking around. The only male there was standing there on his phone while people were outside waiting in the drive thru!!! Like cmon now is not the time to play with vaccines or prescriptions. They had customers standing in line with no sense of urgency to get these people their prescriptions. Fire and rehire please!!

This store's pharmacy is the most unprofessional and disorganized pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacy staff Igor customers waiting to be serviced. They don't even acknowledge customers presence. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Sometimes it takes another day, after they get you they would be ready. Today, my 92 year old mother had had an appointment to get the Covid Booster. Upon arrival there was a note on the window stating they were not going to dispense vaccines. I asked why they hadn't called to inform us of the change. The pharmacy staff just said that they started calling people but never got back to calling after the first couple of people. They were other customers who arrived that were not notified. What upset me the most, was the staff's lack of acknowledgement. Especially, after passing in front of the counter at least 3 to 4 times. It's unfortunate, but this site should not be opened if the management continues to allow such unprofessionalism. This store is convenient to my mother's home. But, not with the frustration every time we go to the pharmacy.

Everything is locked up! There are no buttons. This means every time I wanted to buy something I had to walk across the store to the cashier and request someone to come over. RIDICULOUS!

Pharmacy is incredibly unprofessional! Both in staff and management of their calls. Patient of mine needs medication and I've been holding for 45mins. Staff comes on the line and says please continue to hold, without engaging me for 1 second. Terrible management.
