Today, we went to wash and were harased by the person who work at the laundry mat. Instead of working, she was washing her clothes. She grab my bags from the folding table that contain my personal items and moved to new location, so she can fold her clothes. Even thought my father and I were gonna fold our clothes and we were on the folding table first. I decided to leave as I did not wanted to continued deal with unprofessional person.

DON'T US THE PAYRANGE HERE!!! The worse experience with using this app here. Machines dont work good at all with it. Takes partial money or all and machines wont start. You will have to email payrange for the refund and it takes awhile for a response and a refund. Your wash will double here!!!

This clean and quiet laundromat is an answered prayer for my family and I.
Traveling in a station wagon from AZ to the Lynnwood. I have my handicap mother with me and we are here to assist my son who has been suffering in the streets of LA with a life-threatening medical condition.
A complex situation got even more complicated by the fires burning near LA
While many people all over the country are coping with hardship, at least there are clean and friendly establishments with innovative ways to serve their communities.
The fact that Wash&Dry uses PayPange (a payment app) made all the difference.
I was able to add funds to do laundry using my credit card, because I had no cash left.
With one slide of the icon on the pay range app I was able to do my laundry using my cell phone to pay for it.
I feel so blessed to be alive today, and to have clean clothes and bedding for myself and my family is the icing on the cake :)
Though I struggled on my first attempt to figure out how to use the app to turn on the machines, the issue was resolved within moments. Loads of seamless service ever since. Thank you Wash&Dry! For making my life clean and easy.

My sister went to go wash and the machine took her money she waited for over an hour and no worker ever showed up so she couldn't get it back. She's going tomorrow to hopefully get it back but who knows . Waste of time!

Came to wash and put a $20 in the coin machine, and only got $3 in quarters. Have been waiting around for a worker and no one is here nor has anyone shown up. No fucking number or anything to contact either. This is super frustrating! Don't waste time coming here!

If it was cleaned more regularly and stayed consistent with working machines and this would be a four star. Sadly lots of maintenance is needed. When trying to add softener at the right time, the softener side doesn’t work. If you know you know, you need to add the softener to the detergent side or else ur softener will just be sitting wasted there.

They’re okay. There’s no assistance if needed. The washer steal time. Trust me I’ve timed them. One washer would be at 32 min. The second for 24 min. But some how the first one with the longer time would finish faster. The driers don’t dry at full potential in order to put more money. The restroom has no paper. No sink inside. So be prepared.

These washers are over prices. The regular top load is at $2.50 it went up $.50 cents from last week (load water first and then put clothes in) this will help with water not filling up all the way. They have front loaders but they also went up in price heavy loader is $6.25. Dryers work okay if you get a good dryer. Restroom stinks and it's locked at all times you have to go look for the attendant to open it, forget being in a hurry. They do have a vending machine with soap and things but if it's not empty it's not working and you have to look for the attendant again to purchase something. Not worth the price anymore so I'll go down the street where the price is better.

The laundromat is fine but it lost starts because of the bathroom, it's an absolute joke. Seriously, use the bathroom before you come. The toilet don't even flush and it dosent even have a SINK. There's writing all on the walls and it's disgusting. They need to fix their bathrooms!!

Wish i could put no stars there is no one around to help you the machine took all my money and no one is around to help me. I would not recommend this place even if all the other places where closed
