I have a business account and they did not want to receive change when every month you pay for having a business account and they have very bad customer service and Patty and the manager Lupita is a lazy and stupid woman who does not want to do her job

They scheduled an appointment for me on Tuesday, May 28, I had to leave work to be at the bank on time, and when I arrived at the bank they informed me that they could not assist me because the bankers who attended the appointments did not come to work. They were sorry, and then for them to make appointments and ask me to leave my job to just say I'm sorry, we can't take care of you, at least they could call the people who had an appointment and explain to them, but they couldn't even do that.

I swear ever time I come here there is only 2 tellers for 30 customers. Always excited to wait in line for an hour.

Same as every other reviewer. ONE Teller always here.Plan at least to spend 60 minutes waiting on line.It has never been less than.Terrible experience and leadership here obviously knows about this.

Given the fact that this branch is understaffed, it's still a great place to bank. The staff here tries their hardest to help and keep the customer happy. There is only so much management can do when it comes to staffing. People that complain here, complain because they don't get their way. At the end of the day I see everyone trying to move the line. They have ATMs, so if you don't have time to stand in line use them. Stop being rude to the staff, and appreciate that they go to work everyday to serve you. Treat people how you want to be treated and how you would want people to treat your loved one.

The worst place to do business i have my business account here but i still coming cus sometime i need changes small bills and it's take me more then 35 minutes on line to do a 2 minutes transaction
