“I didn’t realize a family member sent us a huge package. I was carrying my baby and the man working behind the counter helped me to my car. He stated he wasn’t supposed to do that but he did it anyway and even said “Merry Christmas” after. Absolutely wonderful neighborly customer service even during the holiday season.”
“The staff who serve me today at this USPS location have an excellent attitude. Typically, bureaucratic behavior is rampant in these institutions, and many of the service staff tend to have bad tempers, poor attitudes, and are quite lazy, behaving as if they're being pampered.”

“Friendly, courteous, and attentive postal employees work here. They go the extra mile for you. For instance, I went to pick a package up, and when I did, they informed me that I had another that had just arrived that day, and they gave me my daily mail as well. Truly wonderful people that put a smile 😃 😃 😃 on my face every time I go there. A thank you to the dedicated employees that work at "my" post office here in the creek. 😃😃😃”
