What a joke. I have spent most of this morning trying to get a live person for possible credit card fraud and all you get is an automated system that doesn't understand. No problem, call the nearest branch, which is over an hour away from me and there is no answer. I have a ton of airline miles to use and then this card is cancelled.

My problem is 14 people in line I'm handicap, nobody covering that window. Only 3tellers 1 of which I'd just bussiness window. Other 2 are visiting with customers speaking Spanish ( I understand some ) but meanwhile we are still standing. I'm sweating in pain the whole 26mins I waited. The female teller was a friendly person. But I would never bank here.

1 teller 14 people in line. On a Saturday. During a 3 day weekend. That's all that needs to be said about the customer service here.

I visited Bank of America in Madera, CA on Yosemite Avenue to get a money order. I was visiting from the Los Angeles area. I have been a customer of B of A for 35 years and this was the worst experience that I have ever had with the bank. I do not hold the tellers responsible for the terrible customer service here. I hold the managers of this branch responsible. There was literally a line of about 50 - 60 customers waiting in line to be helped by a teller and there was only ONE teller available for most of the 45 minutes that I waited to be helped. When I complained to two different managers at the bank they said that they could not add any additional tellers. When I asked why one of the managers could not assist the teller in order to help move things along they said they could not. They preferred to float around with clipboards and ask the people who were waiting in line 'how they could help them?' The obvious answer would have been to add more tellers! This is a badly managed branch that has no respect for its customers' time. I would venture to say that if this branch was in a more affluent part of Madera, these problems would not exist. Please try to remedy this situation.

Line was way to long (about 40 people) for just two tellers. This bank has 1 teller window with a handicap sign on it that they NEVER opened . They actually made a blind man sit there 20 minutes before a teller came out and told him that he will be behind the lady in the brown coat. Really? Like the blind man can see the lady in the brown coat. I'm guessing she realized how stupid that was (after the comments from everyone in line) so she had him go to the front of the line. He wasn't the only person with a disability that this bank totally blew off. The more I stood there the more pissed off I got. There were 4 chairs in the lobby. Two (younger) gossiping women sat in two of the chairs, and two older disabled men sat in the other two. A few other older people came in that could barely stand up. One man had to lean up against the wall. The two ladies finely left and the man leaning against the wall barely made it to the chairs. After another 15 or 20 minutes (because one of the two tellers took a break) I finely got my turn. I was going to let the older people go ahead of me but the people in line behind me were angry because of the wait. I TOLD the teller to bring out more chairs for these people who can't stand up. She said, " We don't have any chairs but were keeping track of them". (WTF DOES THAT MEAN?) At that time I HAD to bite my tongue and walk out . HEART BREAKING :-(

Apparently I should have looked at the reviews before I ever walked in there. I can honestly say I have never seen such horrible reviews. First I bank at a credit union that is out of town. I had $100 check drawn from Bank of America and simply thought I could walk in and cash it to put some cash in my pocket. I waited in line for 30 minutes with one teller. When I get there I'm told there is an $8 charge that she could probably waive with her manager. The manager comes over rude as hell and says no. Why do you bank at Bank of America? Why do you people not do Credit Union's! They clearly could care less about customer service! Was $8 going to put them out of business today.

Come on BofA, why should we continue to bank with you when you have no clue about customer service. 2 tellers, long lines. You j*** us around on interest on or accounts, paying the lowest out there. Why do we put money in your bank when its a 40 minute wait? Its not your tellers fault, its upper management and their bonus's for keeping costs down.

I'm being generous by rating this branch a one. Kristine is a pitiful excuse for a manager. I have banked with Bank of America for 23 years and I never imagined the decline of service could ever reach as low as dirt.

Every single time I come to this bank there's alway 1 or 2 tellers helping a line of people that goes all the way to the parking lot. I cannot believe the bad service that is received here and how slow they are. There are tellers just hanging out while customers are patiently waiting in line. Worst service ever. Worst. I'm never gonna come her again.
