“I had one of my headlights out and wanted it to be done immediately because of the weather. From YouTube I learnt it was a bit sticky for my truck and decided to take up O'Reilly's on their promise they would install a new bulb for free. Came into the store early morning and the lady behind the counter confirmed they could install the new bulb for me, but she was on her own in the store and suggested I came back an hour later when there was mroe staff in the store. When returning I was helped by Brian. Unasked he helped me select the bulb that was right for me. He was relatively new to the store and had to check if they did such installs. When that was confirmed he went ahead and jumped on the job. I'm glad he could do this for me as it was indeed a bit tricky, with hard to reach bolts and quite an effort to get the bulbs out and in. Brian clearly had mechanics experience and worked his way through the issues, with a smile. Great customer service.”
